If I had to sum you up in just a few words, it would be this: you are all things good.

You are full of joy and happiness (as long as you’re fed three meals a day with plenty of snacks 😂). You are slow to anger and quick to forgive. Your heart is one of the things I admire most about you.

You are the kind of friend everyone hopes to have, and somehow I got lucky enough to call you my daughter and my very best friend. I always thought it was my job to teach you about life, but the truth is, you’ve taught me far more than I could ever teach you. I am a better person because of you.

You are your momma’s baby, your daddy’s doodle, and your bubba’s chunk. But above all else, you are a daughter of the Most High King. Happy 16th Birthday baby girl. You are loved and adored♥️ by @kellibug1

After 13 years, I picked up my girl from dance for the very last time.

So many memories were made between those studio doors and the drive home. When she was little, she would cry until she got her paci. Now the rides home are filled with stories about her day and lots of laughter… unless it was picture day — then there tears because I hurt her feelings by telling her the truth 🙄😂

I will miss these moments more than she will ever know. Surely she will let me take her a few times next year just so I won’t be sad, right @collinsreeves12💕 by @kellibug1

Sometimes I look at him and it takes my breath away. My eyes see a man, but my heart sees a little boy. I have loved being his mom, it’s been my greatest gift. Every stage of life has been my favorite so I’m guessing things just keep getting sweeter from here, but what I wouldn’t give to start over and live the last 19 years all over again. 15 whole years of loving this girl. She is the love of her daddy’s life, her brother’s best friend, and her momma’s greatest joy. She is the happiest and kindest person I know (most of the time🤪), she loves life and loves living it. If you were to ask her what she wanted to be when she grows up I’m pretty sure she would say she doesn’t want to grow up. She has always loved every stage of life and would 100% go back to being 3 years old watching Doe Doe (aka Dora) if she could. I pray she always knows her worth and how much she is adored. @collinsreeves12 you are the best thing in this family and we love you so very much. I will soak in every second driving you around for the next year because those car ride talks are my absolute favorite thing with you! by @kellibug1

Happy Graduation Day! I hope as you look back on the last 18 years you will see the love that always surrounded you. It’s been an absolute joy (and pain at times) to watch you grow up into the man you are now becoming. You have always been different and have never backed down from stepping out of your comfort zone. I pray that confidence, determination, and strength never leaves you as the world tries to break you. Remember nothing is permanent, so soak in all the amazing parts this life gives you and also know the bad days won’t last forever. You will never regret choosing good or doing the right thing, but always remember your mistakes don’t define you. We are ready to watch, cheer, and guide you in this next chapter of your life.
