Confederation Park just got a serious upgrade 👀🍷

Mezze is bringing some seriously good sandwiches to SipYard, while Dark Horse is shaking up cocktails and bringing the drinks. We tried all three sandwiches and honestly, they were ALL so good, but my favourite was definitely the SipYard Italian 🤌🏼

Loaded with salami, prosciutto, spicy mayo, bomba spicy chilies, provolone, spicy eggplant, lettuce, tomatoes and muffaletta, it had the perfect kick and so much flavour.

Beyond the sandwiches, you’ve got charcuterie boards, wine, cocktails, live music and that perfect summer people-watching vibe at Confederation Park. They also have a bucket of beer deal, so it’s a pretty easy spot to spend an afternoon or evening.

And if you’re planning an event, Dark Horse is a mobile bar that you can book, while Mezze also offers private dinners, so you can bring that experience to your own event.

Caviar night with my foodie soulmates 🥰

What started out as an immediate IG friendship with @madebyjsj, a mutual obsession for food, and admiration for each others’ cooking…

…has become this grateful journey with too many good laughs, unexpectedly immense growth, unfathomable grocery bills(with absolutely zero regrets), priceless lifetime connections, and next level food experiences 🥰✨

Charcuterie Stack: Kettle cooked sea salt chips, bound together by an ungodly amount melted of Gruyère cheese, parmigiano reggiano, crispy prosciutto, salami, fiery pickled peppers, and spicy bomba 🌶️

Mini Tartare Bites: Diced beef tenderloin, capers, gherkin pickled, Dijon, truffle oil, umami anchovy aioli, chives. Served on toasted milkbread with crispy pomme pailles
