Behind every great Realtor is an incredible team. ❤️

One of the greatest blessings of my real estate career has been the opportunity to work alongside Lizz and Chris Sansone, Managing Partners of The Agency Houston Sugar Land.

With more than 25 years of experience, they’ve built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and putting clients first. Every day, I have the privilege of learning from their leadership, wisdom, and commitment to serving others at the highest level.

One thing that sets our team apart is our belief that luxury isn’t a price point—it’s an experience. Whether you’re buying your very first home, moving up, downsizing, or purchasing a luxury estate, every client deserves white-glove service, expert guidance, and an exceptional experience from start to finish.

When you choose me as your Realtor, you’re not just getting me. You’re backed by the collective knowledge, support, and decades of experience of the Sansone team. Together, we’re committed to making your home buying or selling journey as smooth, strategic, and successful as possible.

Lizz and Chris, thank you for your mentorship, your leadership, and for creating a culture where collaboration comes first and clients always come first. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing team.

✨ If you’re thinking about buying or selling, what would make you feel like you’re receiving true white-glove service from your Realtor? Let me know in the comments! by @kellirealtor

❤️ Referrals are the heart of my business.

If you’ve ever wondered how you can support me, the answer is simple…

Think of me when someone mentions buying or selling a home.

Whether it’s a friend, coworker, family member, or neighbor, I’d be honored to take great care of them. I promise to treat every referral like they’re part of my own family—with honesty, communication, and exceptional service from start to finish.

The greatest compliment you can give me is your trust, and every referral means more than you know.

If someone comes to mind, send me a message or tag them below. I’d love the opportunity to help!

❤️ Thank you for supporting my business and allowing me to do what I love.

Taking a swing at the Bluejack lifestyle. ⛳️😉

I got to tee it up at Bluejack Ranch near Fort Worth, where Texas ranch living meets luxury—with a Tiger Woods-designed golf course at the heart of it all. Think wide-open spaces, time with friends and family, and a reason to stay a little longer.

And you don’t have to head to Fort Worth to find the Bluejack lifestyle! Bluejack National in Montgomery, just north of Houston, brings its own blend of beautiful homes, exceptional golf, and laid-back luxury.

Whether you’re looking to buy or sell at Bluejack National or Bluejack Ranch, I can help you make your next move. Houston to Fort Worth—let’s find your home on or off the fairway. 🏡

📩 Message me to talk Bluejack!

Happy Birthday to one of the very best, Lizz! ❤️🎂

Some people come into your life at exactly the right time, and I truly believe God has a way of placing the right people along our path.

Lizz has been a mentor and friend to me for years, but this past year has been extra special. Taking the leap to join The Agency and become part of The Sansone Group has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my career, and so much of that is because of her leadership, encouragement, wisdom, and belief in me.

Lizz, I hope you know how loved, appreciated, and celebrated you are today. I’m so thankful God put you in my path all those years ago—and even more thankful for where that path has led us.

Happy Birthday! Here’s to an amazing year ahead! 🥂❤️

🀄️ Fall Mahjong Kickoff! 🍂

What started as a love for a game has turned into something so much better — friendship. ❤️

We kicked off our fall Mahjong season with the best afternoon: lots of food, lots of laughs, a little friendly competition 😉 and such a wonderful group of ladies.

I love that Mahjong brought us together, but somewhere along the way, we became genuine friends. Thursdays have become something I look forward to every week — a few hours to unplug, laugh, catch up, and of course yell MAHJONG! 😂🀄️

So thankful for this group and all the memories we’re making together. Here’s to a fun fall season and many more Thursdays around the table! 🍁💗 by @kellirealtor

🚨 BUYERS: New construction inventory is where the deals are right now. 🚨

Builders have homes that are already built or almost finished—and they’re motivated to MOVE them. 👀🏡

That can mean:
✨ Price reductions
✨ Closing cost incentives
✨ Interest-rate incentives
✨ Upgrades included
✨ Opportunities to negotiate that you may not see on a to-be-built home

And here’s the important part: the builder’s sales rep works for the builder. I work for YOU. ❤️

There are some seriously good opportunities around Houston right now, and I know where to look and what questions to ask.

📲 DM me “NEW” and I’ll send you a list of new construction inventory that fits your budget and area.

You might be surprised what your money can buy right now. 🔑🏡 by @kellirealtor

Every Thursday, I look forward to a few hours that fill my cup. ❤️

My Bams & Birdies Mah Jongg Club isn’t just about the tiles—it’s about friendship, laughter, and just enough friendly competition to keep things interesting. 😊🀄

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to stay in work mode, but this group gives me a chance to unplug, laugh until my cheeks hurt, and spend time with some incredible women. We celebrate the wins, tease each other over the losses, and leave with our hearts a little fuller than when we arrived.

I’m so thankful for this weekly escape and the friendships that have grown around a Mah Jongg table. These afternoons remind me that making time for joy is never time wasted.

Who else has a weekly tradition that helps you recharge? ❤️🀄 taken in Greatwood, Texas by @kellirealtor
