I’ve spent years being the woman who figures it out.

And neither do YOU.

Be awkward. Be scared. Make mistakes. Start messy.

At 25, 49, or 70, you’re allowed to reinvent yourself.

I’m figuring it out right alongside you.

Building one business while mentally launching three more. 😂

STEAK OR CHICKEN, JOHN? 🥩😂

I won a Blackstone, but this one was never really for me.

I’m grateful to work alongside a company that celebrates hard work, connection, and collaboration. And I’m even more grateful for John, who works incredibly hard for our family and has wanted a Blackstone forever.

October feels like the perfect reminder that the best rewards are the ones we get to share.

Grateful for this work. Grateful for this life. Grateful for my people.

You cannot explain an ocean 🌊 to someone committed to the pond 🐸.

And at some point, you have to stop trying.

I used to think if I just explained it better, worked harder, showed more proof, gave more context, maybe people would finally understand the vision.

Nope.

Some people can only see as far as they have been willing to go.

That does not make them wrong.
It just means they may not be able to come with you.

Growth has taught me this:

You do not need everyone to understand you.
You need to understand you.

Keep building.
Keep moving.
Keep becoming.

And please stop shrinking your ocean to fit somebody else’s pond.

There will be a woman somewhere around 5 foot something who has elite taste in music, zero indoor voice when she gets excited, and an alarming amount of confidence for someone who is absolutely making this shit up as she goes.

She is the black sheep.
The silly goose.
The one who will 100% do it for the plot and deal with the consequences somewhere around Tuesday.

She loves too hard. Talks too much. Takes everything one step further than necessary because apparently “leave well enough alone” was never installed in her operating system.

She will sit in the car talking for two hours because therapy has office hours and the parking lot does not.

Her humor is dark.
Her stories are questionable.
Her coping mechanism is usually laughing at something that probably required professional intervention.

She has rebuilt her life more than once, moved states, changed directions, started over, bet on herself, and occasionally lit the whole damn map on fire because she decided she wanted a different destination.

She will walk into a room knowing nobody and leave with three new friends, two business leads, somebody’s life story, and plans for lunch Thursday.

She is wildly loyal, aggressively curious, emotionally caffeinated, slightly unwell, and completely convinced that one conversation can change everything.

She has absolutely no business fighting a man twice her size.

She probably will anyway.

Get to know her.
