Some people think you have to change the way you dress just because of how old you are - I am not one of those people.🤷🏼‍♀️

You don’t have to work out for an hour to make it worth your while. If you are struggling…start small. Ten minutes is better than zero.
Don’t overcomplicate it. If you don’t want to go to the gym, do it at home. If you need a class, go to a class. If walking is all you can do, go walk.
Move your body. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
And if you mess up- simply start again.🫶

I’ll I did was press play for a 20 min Glutes and Legs with @tune2tunde on @onepeloton
And I did this set 2 more times BTW😳

This year’s RV Open House felt different from all the rest. This time, we worked side by side—owners and wives, all coming together to bring Boundless Recreation to life. And it was the coolest experience.

I’m so thankful to work alongside some pretty awesome people, and I loved watching Tim do what he does best. He was built for this.

To my cousin Nate, thank you for having the vision and asking us to be part of this wild ride. So much work, so much heart, and so much to look forward to. 🖤 by @kellycress

McDazzle with my girls🖤
This event raised over $882,000! So proud of our friends Della and Greg Fink who have played such a huge role with this Ronald McDonald House charity for so many years. We loved supporting you and your family at this wonderful event last night😘
