Such a great morning racing through Victoria! The energy, the people, the atmosphere and getting to share it all with amazing people . Another race in the books and another reminder of how much I love doing this. Already looking forward to the next one! taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @kellyl_231

❤️ MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS ❤️

I’m taking on HYROX Vancouver to raise funds and awareness for mental health. This cause is incredibly close to my heart. I’ve lost friends to suicide here in Victoria, and I know how deeply mental health struggles can affect individuals, families, and our community.

My hope is that by sharing my journey, we can help break the stigma, remind people they aren’t alone, and make it a little easier for someone to reach out for help. ❤️

❤️ SUPPORT MY HYROX FUNDRAISER:

If you or someone you love is struggling, please save these resources or share them with someone who might need them. Help is available.

You never know what someone is going through behind closed doors. Check in on your people. Listen without judgment. Remind them that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let’s keep the conversation going and remind people that they matter. ❤️
