I’ve been really loving the process of taking my digital collages and turning them into small physical versions to keep in this mini sketchbook! I can’t wait to see this slowly fill up, especially with each tarot-inspired collage I make. It’s going to be so precious! taken in Saltash, Cornwall by @kellylianneart

Day 18 of #peachtober: Sprinkle.

Inspired by the eyes of St Lucy for this one, along with picking up a small original art piece yesterday that was created on an antique postcard. So interesting to see!

Days 15 & 16 of #peachtober: Sun and Moon.

I just had to do them as a pair!! These collages were put together using very early tarot cards from 1465, woodcut playing card illustrations from 15th century Italy, and classical paintings for backgrounds!

Day 13 of #peachtober: Windmill!

Today’s collage has a tarot-twist where I play with swapping up the Ace of Wands to the Ace of Winds!

I’ve been really enjoying Peachtober so far, but looking at the small body of work I’ve created up to this point is making me want to realign with myself a bit more. This means more work that’s rooted in tarot and folklore since these are what I’m most interested in and most keen to grow into!

Day 12 of #Peachtober: Bramble.

A brave little mouse adventurer climbs the bramble to get to his next destination!

Day 11 of #peachtober: Sail.

I also made this one into an animation for funsies, I would love to add more simple animation elements to my digital collage illustrations!

In a perfect world I would’ve slowed the ship right down to slow cruise across the horizon, I think I’m already pushing it with it being too long for the average attention span though… but I would love to be proven wrong! ❤️

Day 10 of #peachtober: Compass!

Another tough one that took a whole day of swapping and changing parts out but I think this is as close as I can get to the idea in my head today! I really liked the idea of making the compass a guiding light, very inspired by The Hermit in tarot!!

Day 9 of #Peachtober: Flowerbed.

It’s tiny teatime between the tall tulips (plus other flowers)! I couldn’t decide on a colour for this, which is your favourite?

Day 8 of #peachtober: Sticker!

This was a fun one to work on, I really liked going through my digital collage scraps to find potential sticker ideas!

Day 7 of #peachtober: Bubble.

Not my favourite collage I’ve made so far for Peachtober but I really do like the idea of taking a nap in a soap bubble!

Day 6 of #peachtober: Plum! 💜

I’ve been struggling with what collages to make for Peachtober over the last few days but this one came together really nicely!

Day 2 of #peachtober: chimney! I made this one while on my lunch break and listening to an audiobook, quite a nice time honestly!!
