Happy Anniversary to us! Been so busy with so many things going on that we forgot to celebrate 11 years married! The real celebration is in December when we go to Mexico.

😭😭😭😭
“I just want noodles and boba!!!”
😭😭😭😭

So, it’s been awhile…😅
I was saying I’m starting a new chapter in life… but it seems more like starting a new book now.

I was diagnosed with perimenopause, Type 2 diabetes (not on insulin injections yet), borderline ADHD, and sleep apnea - all within 6 months. All new changes happening at once.

With that, I had to make a lot of lifestyle changes: mostly with diet and exercise. And that is a HUGE change for me. Y’all know how much I love my carbs and sweets, bread, noodles, boba, donuts, etc. It’s very hard to go to my favorite restaurants and NOT getting my favorite dishes 🤣🤣🤣

So, definitely less eating out, but we do go out, I need to make adjustments on how I order my food.
That’s all. Just wanted to let you know why I haven’t been posting while I navigate this. 🫶 taken in Lakewood, Washington by @kellyneedsfood

Ube Latte 💜💜
This was so so so yummy. Not too sweet. 👌👌
It was so perfect; I can’t even describe it. I wish I can have a gallon of this every day.
My husband couldn’t resist and sipped some of it before I got to take a photo and definitely before I got to mix it. 🤣🤣

Where has this been all my life?! 😍
This was our second time back within a week, and Husband and I are obsessed!
We had the Rasta Pasta that was so yummy. The Brown Stew Chicken plate was delicious, but the Jerk Chicken stole the show! Husband also loves their cabbage. The rice is so flavorful, but we’re trying to cut back on rice because of my pre-diabetes. So the second time back, we got the Jerk Chicken Plate with no rice, and extra cabbage. And the an additional Jerk Chicken Only serving. YUM!

Another visit to my one of my favorite matcha shops 😊
I love this Banana Pudding Matcha so much. I forgot how many times I’ve gotten this. I got a Bubble waffle too. 🤭
Try dipping your waffle in the banana pudding!

It’s been awhile since I had ShareTea! It was so easy in Federal Way when I would go to Hmart and then hop next door to ShareTea. 🤣
