🔟 years with the goodest girl ever! 🐾

I adopted my lucky Penny ten years ago today & it’s been a wonderful decade filled with the sweetest puppy kisses, sunny adventures, and cozy cuddles! 🩷

She’s been by my side after every difficult day, life hurdle & heartbreak, and I’m not so sure what I did to deserve her… but I am thankful for each time my Penny Pie has helped pull me through! 🐕

There’s a reason why ‘dog’ is ‘God’ spelled backwards — Penny is truly my little slice of Heaven on Earth! 🫶🏻

➡️ to the end to see our first photo at @maxfundanimalshelter — the moment we knew we were destined to be together forever! ♾️

Two years without my Penny girl… and I still miss her like it was yesterday. 💔

I miss the pitter-patter of her paws on the hardwood, the way she’d jump and dance when I came home — even if I’d only been gone for two minutes to check the mail. I miss how Penny was always beside me, especially at night when somehow her little body took over our entire queen-size bed. I even miss finding her favorite toy tucked into the covers beside us.

I miss her side-eye. Her sass. Her joyful personality that filled our home and my heart.

Someday I’ll love another fur baby, but there will never be another Penny. She was my soul dog. My constant companion for 12 years. Penny was my everything, my true best friend.

I miss you every single day, my girl. ❤️‍🩹🐾

Family is everything 💜✨

I’m still on cloud 9 after @_abbywerthmann’s short but oh so sweet visit for the @epilepsycolowyo gala in Denver — we helped raise nearly $400,000 for the epilepsy community! Having our family together to celebrate epilepsy warriors, the foundation and this incredible community was beyond special. My heart is full!!

Thank you @kevin.w.werthmann, @emgorman3, @cbsjoeweather, @gracefling and crew for bringing so much joy & love to Table 10 💟

If you’ve ever been to a @rockies game, there’s a good chance you recognize this LEGEND 🌭

Joyl Watkins has been slinging “Diamond Dawgs” outside Coors Field for 31 years. But when the Rox play their final game of the 2026 season next week, Joyl will serve his final frank — he’s retiring!

Last night, I danced with the Denver stars ✨

I made mistakes. I missed steps. I got in my own head. At one point, I wanted to run right off that stage!😂

But I didn’t.

I stayed. I danced. I smiled through it.

I did so because @coreeeeeeee believed in me when I wasn’t sure I believed in myself. I did it because my family & friends showed up, supported me, and cheered me on every step of the way. And I did it because @cleodance makes this long, exhausting, remarkable gala so incredibly special.

Last night reminded me that courage isn’t about getting every step right. Sometimes, it’s simply about staying on the stage when every part of you wants to run 🫣

So grateful. So humbled. So proud that I did it! 💜💃🏼 taken in Denver, Colorado by @kellyontv

I’ve been keeping a little secret…💃🏼🕺🏾

For the past several weeks, I’ve been rehearsing for something VERY outside my comfort zone — Dancing with the Denver Stars! ✨

@coreeeeeeee is my talented, patient, genuinely kind, hilarious partner and he’s made this entire experience such a joy from day one! He’s challenged me, encouraged me, made me laugh endlessly at every rehearsal, and always shows up with his bright smile. Thank you, Corey, for making this journey that initially terrified me so FUN! I’m so lucky to have you as my partner — and now, a fab friend! 🫖💜

This Saturday’s gala is the biggest fundraiser for the @cleoparkerdanceacademy and I’m so honored to be part of the incredible tradition. We ready!! 🪩💫
