My book launch TODAY (!!) is by far, my hardest yes to God. Many days, I’ve wanted to delete it all. But, I know many of us are living in shame, guilt, fear, and anxiety from past choices. I can’t keep quiet when I’ve experienced the Lord‘s tender rescue & healing. He wants your soul FREE. This is your year.

So, here, Lord … I release this into Your Hands. My offering. Take it to hearts who are hurting. May my story be a balm of healing, with you exalted in every syllable.

Dear Summer,

God made you extra special.
Your long, peaceful days,
your warm, balmy nights,
your golden hours,
your permission to slow down,
your mysterious storms,
your extra memories with family & friends,
your sounds of kids playing,
your salty air,
your sandy toes,
your kisses by the sun.

Your feeling is my favorite ☀️🏝️⛈️🩵 by @kellyproehl

One year today 🕊️
If you knew my beautiful, younger sister, please share how you knew her & why you loved her. Let’s celebrate her life today & keep shining her light 🦋 by @kellyproehl

When you don’t feel like you can hear God’s voice, look for it in creation. He is near. Tonight on the water was insanely gorgeous. We saw the sun setting & the moon rising all at once. God is always speaking, & He loves you & me more than we could ever imagine!

🌅 Psalm 19:1-6

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard. Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, which comes out like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and, like a strong man, runs its course with joy. Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them, and there is nothing hidden from its heat. by @kellyproehl

We met 40 (!!) years ago this month at college! 🎩 We’ve lived a lot of life together - many celebrations & many sad times. The older I get, the more I treasure genuine, deep friendships. They are truly a gift from the Lord. They take effort, vulnerability & love. I’m so incredibly thankful we’ve invested in each other 💗💗💗

🎵 CMA Fest -> Playoff game 🏈

One of those weekends I’ll never forget! Mother / daughter trip to see Blake sing three times at CMA Fest in Nashville, then to St Louis to see the Battlehawks play in the playoff game which didn’t end the way we hoped … but, it meant my honey & Aut are home, & Kato & I couldn’t be happier 🐾 😁😁😁 Enjoy the goodness of Kato seeing both his daddies after six months away 🥹 by @kellyproehl

I can’t let the day end without wishing our beautiful daughter & our amazing son-in-love a very Happy 10th Anniversary! They have practically grown up together since kindergarten, are incredible parents, & live out love & respect in marriage as well as any couple. We love you two so much 🤍 by @kellyproehl
