my goal is to give the same level of thought and detail that goes into the day into how we capture the day. everything from locations to light, cameras, film stocks, film labs, lenses, who is capturing different elements, the editing… the list goes on and on:)
.
there is prep and the plan and then there is the day and rolling with day. we go in with ideas, scope and then we just let it flow.
.
this day was stunning. the design and specifically the florals were works of art (they need and will get another post @cosmos.floral ). working with @olivebrancheventsco for the first time (HOW has it taken this long!?!) was incredible. And my couple, and their families and friends - the absolute best. It was HOT (see melted butter and cake sliding photos as evidence), but the smiles and love were EVERYWHERE.

I could make 30 posts but here are just a few personal favs:)

I could take photos of gorgeous flowers for days. These masterpieces were the work of @cosmos.floral and team and they were spectacular.

Inspired by a walk through an enchanted forest, C + B’s wedding day featured wild, lush, overgrown flowers with a modern, playful twist.

So beautifully captured by @kellyrussophotography, so perfectly sculpted by @cosmos.floral and stunningly brought together by the one and only handmade details from @aldentedesignsco, I am absolutely honored to share one of our most magical designs.

A goal of mine this year - to bring the day to life on film no matter the lighting.

A mix of pushing film, off camera flash and off camera lighting all on different film stocks

Image 3 - steady hands Fuji 400
