Kelly’s Saloon 🍀

A true come-as-you-are kind of bar. Serving strong drinks, good company and some of Geneseo’s best memories since 1978.

For decades, Kelly’s has been a Geneseo staple. A place where students, locals, alumni, and first-timers all end up swapping stories over a pint. What started as a classic college dive bar has grown into a Livingston County destination for anyone chasing good company and a little Irish luck.

After a fire in 2015, Kelly’s was rebuilt and proudly reopened on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2017, by owner Sarah Dieter, a Geneseo alum and granddaughter of the Roome family who helped make Kelly’s what it is today. Same spirit, same walls full of stories, and the same welcoming energy that’s kept people coming back for generations.

For St. Paddy’s day they’ll be celebrating the true Irish way and will be serving a free meal for everyone who stops in!

Open mic every Tuesday and an open jam every Thursday both kicking off at 8:00 pm 🎙️

So the real question is… where better to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than Geneseo’s favorite Irish dive? ☘️

Grab your friends, raise a glass, and make a few memories of your own at Kelly’s. Sláinte!
