A Regency romance? Yes, please! ❤️ I love a good Regency-era romance, and Duke of Enveigh by Mariah Stone was everything I wanted and more. Give me scandal, betrayal, and a rakish duke, but add an intelligent, scholarly woman (who happens to be a redhead), and I’m sold! This is book 5 in the Seven Dukes of Sin series, all available on Kindle Plus, and it can absolutely be read as a standalone. That’s exactly how I read it, and I enjoyed it so much that now I want to go back and read the rest of the series! A romance that checked all my boxes! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶️ QOTD: Are you a fan of Regency-era romances? Who is one of your favorite authors in this genre? #HPRDukeofEnveigh #HambrightPR #MariahStone by @kellys_kindle_recs

OCTOBER, YOU WERE A GOOD ONE! 📚 I can’t believe I read 20 books this month! I think that’s the most I’ve read in a month for this year. 20 books 16 buddy reads 7 five-star reads And a few books finally crossed off my TBR! So many good stories, lots of buddy reading, and plenty of time spent with my Kindle. I’d say October was a pretty great reading month! Now the big question… can November keep up? QOTD: What was your favorite read ofOctober, or what was your last five-star read? 📚 #readingwrapup #octoberreads #octoberrecap by @kellys_kindle_recs
Another buddy read, another book, and our brains were working OVERTIME. 😂 This time it’s A Court of Splintered Harmony, and we put our ACOTAR knowledge to the test. Between our memories, Discord, and a little help from our friends, we managed to piece it all together. If these words mean something to you, we should probably be friends. 🖤 Tell me you’re an ACOTAR girlie without telling me you’re an ACOTAR girlie! OR What is your favorite series? #ACOTAR #SarahJMaas #Romantasy #BuddyRead #Bookstagram by @kellys_kindle_recs
October, you were full of good things! 🍂 We came home from vacation on October 1 and hit the ground running. There were plenty of book stacks, a little tea party, some rearranging of bookshelves (because there’s always room to move books around), and lots of cozy reading moments. I also read 20 books this month, and 16 of those were buddy reads! If you know me, you know buddy reading is one of my favorite things. ❤️ And some of the best moments didn’t make it into the pictures. I met my new niece, celebrated another wedding anniversary with my high school sweetheart, and made a trip to the pumpkin patch. A little reading, a lot of family time, and memories I wouldn’t trade. Ending the month with my feet up and a book in hand feels just about perfect. October, you were a good one! What was a favorite October moment for you? #octoberrecap by @kellys_kindle_recs
Never Have I Ever… Smut Slut edition! 🔥 After reading Falling for Mr. October, we decided it was time to channel our inner smut sluts! Because sometimes a buddy read calls for more than just discussing the plot. We had fun putting together our Never Have I Ever list, separating the things we’ve NEVER done from the things we have absolutely NO REGRETS about. Let’s just say this one brought out some interesting confessions! Swipe through and see where we landed. Are you team NEVER or team NO REGRETS? Happy Release Day to Unbound by Janice Whiteaker! ❤️ I have loved this series and have been waiting for Walker’s story. It was worth the wait because this one did NOT disappoint! The suspense, the storyline, and all the pieces coming together made this such a good read. We have a little murder mystery, plenty of suspense, and, of course, romance. And I loved the opposites-attract dynamic! I absolutely loved Sybil. Her hacker ways, chaotic personality, and unapologetic attitude made her so much fun to read. She was everything Walker didn’t know he needed. He’s stoic, quiet, and definitely needed someone like Sybil to shake things up a little. I highly recommend this one and the entire Bradshaw Brothers series. And the best part? The whole series is on Kindle Plus! I also loved getting to read this one with friends. You know I’m always up for a buddy read! @_v.readss @sabrinabusyreading @c.m.reads @catherinekartauthor QOTD: What’s a book series you’ve loved from beginning to end and never wanted to say goodbye to? ❤️ #hambrightpr #HPRUnbound #janicewhiteaker #newrelease #kindleplus by @kellys_kindle_recs
We came for Walker… and fell in love with Sybil! 😂❤️ Our buddy read of Unbound by Janice Whiteaker @janicewhiteakerauthor book 5 in the Bradshaw Brothers series, was everything we hoped for and more! We have LOVED this series, so we were more than ready for Walker’s story. But we were not prepared to fall in love with Sybil, too! Her Sybil-isms had us laughing, and we had to share some of our favorites with you. 😂 And because Deidra Bradshaw is the mama who kept this family together with so much love (and cookies!), we’re sharing our favorite cookies in her honor. 🍪❤️ QOTD: What book series has you wishing you could be part of the family? #hambrightPR #HPRUnbound #janicewhiteaker by @kellys_kindle_recs
Another fun template from Edits! 🩷📚 Here’s my Ten Before the End! These are 10 physical books from my shelves that I’d love to read before the end of the year. Will I read all 10? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe! But we all know I’m a mood reader, so no promises! You know I’m always up for a buddy read, so who wants to read with me? And sorry if this song gets stuck in your head! 😂🎶 What’s ONE book you want to read before the end of the year? #TenBeforeTheEnd #Bookstagram #PhysicalTBR #BuddyReads by @kellys_kindle_recs
🍂 I feel like I really embraced the fall reads this year, and I’m not mad about it! 📚🤎 From crowns and mysteries to a little fall romance, these five books made their way into my reading lineup: 📖 Crown Me Dead 📖 Crown Me Yours 📖 Belladonna 📖 Falling for Mr. October 📖 The Kingmaker Some hits, some surprises, and a whole lot of reasons I love being a mood reader! Now tell me… 💭 What are you currently reading? #Bookstagram #MiniReviews #FallReads #RomanceBooks #BookRecommendations by @kellys_kindle_recs
I’ve been preparing for this day like I don’t have a single responsibility. 😂📚 The book is downloaded, my Kindle is ready, and I am mentally prepared to disappear into this world all day. Am I actually reading all day? No. I’m babysitting. But I’m hoping for a LONG nap time so I can sneak in some reading. Let’s all just pretend my only plans are reading, swooning, and asking my buddy reader 47 questions. Who else is starting A Court of Splintered Harmony today?! by @kellys_kindle_recs
