To the game I owe so much of my life to:

Our time has finally come to an end. It goes without saying that having a collegiate career of six years is not a typical experience, and that it could be viewed as trying to hold on to something for too long.. but I will always wish for one more moment in a softball jersey. There were many moments of frustration, doubt, and disappointment.. but the moments of gratitude, thrill, and pure joy will trump those feelings forever. Through injury and loss, there were so many times where I could have lost myself, but the game of softball was always there to hold me accountable to be the human I was meant to be. Not only will I forever be indebted to the game itself, but I will forever be indebted to the people that took a chance on me. Six years has managed to go by in a blink of an eye.
