Loose choreography gives you a mapped-out sequence of steps that you can practice and build into muscle memory. And trust me, when all eyes are on you and the nerves kick in, that muscle memory is invaluable!

Instead of worrying about step recall, you can switch your brain off, be present, and enjoy the experience with your favourite person 🥹

It also means we can highlight the best moments in your song with moves that actually match the music—because that’s what creates impact, not cramming in a bunch of steps with no musicality.

I usually include:
✨ A lovely entrance
🕺 Basic, natural dance figures to keep you moving
🤩 A couple of wow moments (spins, tricks or lifts)
🎉 And an ending where everyone can then join you on the dance floor for the remainder of the song

It’s just enough structure to make you feel confident, without feeling like you’re performing a full routine.

The result? A first dance that looks fabulous, feels comfortable, and lets you actually enjoy one of the best moments of your wedding day instead of stressing about what comes next 🤍

I’m always nervous to be recorded because 1) your girl has no filter 😬 and 2) believe it or not, I’ve always had a slight fear of being seen (not the most helpful trait for a creative 🙈)… But this is me, stress rash and all 💁‍♀️
