the winsor house was my home for nearly four years and it brought an exponential amount of love into my life. a love for people, oysters, wine, cocktails, being part of a team, hospitality, dahlias, great fucking food and some of the greatest souls i’ll ever meet. island creek oysters you will always have a place in my heart. i’ll never forget the family meals, hiding in the walk in, the shifties, going to the nut, losing it in the weeds, my wine key that always had a way of disappearing and reappearing, the laughs, the parking lot hang outs, trying free oysters and caviar, townie tuesday, batching a million things, baby beers, the regulars, the amazing friends i’ve made! thank you to everyone who was apart of my journey- i love you with all my heart🦪
