Cooking our recipes, sharing this experience with my sister, and seeing everyone connect and enjoy the food around the dinner table was so fulfilling. Had the best time doing this for such a lovely group of women 🤍

Thank you for the trust and a great weekend together @yoga.met.passie @evagardien ✨💛

Aaand this was just the first one… more coming soon 🌻🍋👩‍🍳

Test cooking for the retreat part 2! 🧡

A recipe I really like to make for when I have friends over, now with a new colourful addition: turmeric oil 😻.

I often just use a bunch of spices and herbs I have or that seem good, so I normally don’t really use a recipe for this, but let me know if you’d like te recipe and i’ll send it over.

The retreat is now fully booked, so excited!

Yesterday in Amsterdamse Bos, creating content with my lovely client @alicia.deeprest 🌿

Instead of scrambling for photos and videos every week, we captured a library of content in just a few hours.

Something not everyone here knows is that when I’m not teaching yoga or holding space myself, I also work closely with fellow wellbeing facilitators, creating content and supporting them behind the scenes.

Because I know this world from the inside, I know when to quietly step in and when to blend into the background. I hold the space with you while capturing the essence of your work.

If you’re in the wellbeing industry and are looking for fresh content, I’ll come to your class, workshop or retreat, or we’ll head to a location that feels like you to create content that reflects your energy and the experience you create.

So you can spend less time worrying about what to post, and more time doing what you love most.

Send me a DM and let’s explore what’s possible. 🤍

After a year of stillness, in 2025 I felt more alive again yay 👻. A trip to Berlin in February to visit Jen, a trip to Bali for more yoga training. 6 catsitting adresses before I found my temporary home in Amsterdam with Julia. A spontaneous trip to South Korea with Demi. A newfound love for dancing through my crazy morning routine (need to bring that back), festivals over summer and concerts in winter. Launching my business in October and moving into a new home in Amsterdam. Grateful for all the changes this past year and looking forward to 2026, having no clue where it will bring me, but I am ready for it all. Happy new year❤️‍🔥 by @kelseyvanos

Before my 55-hour Yin Yoga & Traditional Chinese Medicine Teacher Training in 2022, I had no intention to teach. However after that training, a seed was planted. Maybe someday, I would. A few years and some practice later, I completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training @bali.worldpeaceyogaschool last month.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in the right place at the right time. I am very grateful to my teachers and fellow students. I’ve learned so much from each of you! 🫶🏼

Going into this course, I hoped to explore yoga beyond just the physical practice, though I didn’t fully understand what that meant at the time. Throughout the journey, I experienced recognition, unlearning, letting go, and relearning. Something I know will continue. Again and again, I remind myself to step into practice with an open mind and an empty cup.

I can’t wait to share this knowledge both on and off the mat, and I’m excited to keep growing on this yoga path. 🧘🏽‍♀️ taken in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia by @kelseyvanos
