Hi, y’all! Long time, no see😅 I’ve been MIA for much longer than I intended to be; however, life has been changing and, thus, very busy for me. Apparently, I just needed more time to adjust than I anticipated. Here’s what I’ve been up to while I was gone…

- Solo trip to Disney World for my 26th birthday
- Started my new job (!!!)
- Celebrated my birthday with the besties
- Completed my ACOTAR re-read
- Started the TOG series (for the third time) and actually made it through Throne of Glass, Crown of Midnight, and The Assassin’s Blade!

I fully did not intend for my mini vacation from bookstagram to last this long, but every time I started to think about getting back to creating content, it overwhelmed me. I realized that I was still adjusting to every other change, and I needed to give myself a little more time. The last thing I want to do is burn myself out when it comes to bookstagram🙃

All of this being said, I’m finally ready to get back to it!! We have so many exciting book releases to celebrate—Free Falling by Lyla Sage (TOMORROW!!!), Threshing Day next week, and soooo many more. I missed y’all!!

HAPPY MONDAY!!! Y’all I’m in such great spirits because it’s officially my last week in my current job🤩 To match my excitement, I think it’s time to share the post i’ve been chomping at the bit to share…Blue Jean Summer Characters as Songs!!

I’m not usually a country music girl (despite being from Texas), but I think I did pretty good! Let me know which character you’re most excited to meet in the comments🫶 by @kelsinthestacks

happy tuesday, loves!! I officially read my 100th book of the year over the weekend (and also started my ACOTAR/CC re-read), so I thought a game of yes, no, maybe would be the perfect way to celebrate the occasion🙂‍↕️ do we share any similar reads this year?

on another note, CAN WE TALK ABOUT ACOTAR 6 & 7?! y’all, I was actively walking into a room to get new students registered for classes when I got the notification that SJM had posted😭 I had to save my freakout for HOURS. I’m seeing so many theories, especially about a potential TOG crossover…my bestie, Katie, is telling me that I need to finally push through TOG and finish the series. Give me some encouragement to get through because I really didn’t like TOG the first couple times I read it😅 by @kelsinthestacks

✨MEET ME IN FIVES✨

Happy Sunday, lovely friends!☺️ I hope you’ve all had a great weekend! I’ve spent mine relaxing, baking, and working on some new content for y’all🙂‍↕️ I’ve also officially started my ACOTAR and CC reread…let me just say, no matter how many times I read these, they’re always SO GOOD. Plus, I’m listening to the Graphic Audio versions this time, and I’m OBSESSED🤩 I love having the sound effects, background music, and the full audio cast. It just makes it so much more fun to read!

happy wednesday, y’all!! I’m a little late with today’s post because I’ve been interviewing a candidate for my current job😅 honestly, it’s getting so real that I’m starting my new job in two and a half weeks!! I don’t know that I could be any more excited if I tried lol.

Since y’all enjoyed my mini reviews so much last month, I’m back with July’s mini reviews🤩 Do we share the same thoughts on any of these books? by @kelsinthestacks
