Insulate to reset.

This weekend we visited @soulwaveholistics While my deepest connection was/is mine alone, there was so much excitement for my husband to travel on his journey right next to me.

Makena had the bowls singing. The vibrations made my emotions do the cha cha, my mind did a praise dance, and my spirit was the perfect ballerina. The end of the session came with refreshing tears of release. I am lighter, clearer, and aligned with the universe.

God is the best of planners. It is with Him I put my trust and fear not.

🎉Cheers to 52. Originally, there was a story to share. It was profound, thoughtful, loving, and full of juice. There was mystery, tears, and lots of laughter. Chapters explored strength filled with resilience and unbreakable faith. It told how the boy became a man, giving reason for others to sit in silence, taking notes.

🎉 this wasn’t just flavor—it was faith on a plate.

For 30 of the 52 birthdays, he celebrated not in five-star restaurants, but in cement cells and #visitingrooms filled with something far richer than gold—love, hope, and enough faith to make angels lean in. And for those final 16 birthdays across California institutions, the scene may have looked bleak on the surface. But inside? Oh, inside, there was light louder than bars and joy braver than circumstance.

🎉 And now, redemption isn’t a concept—it’s choreography.

Midnight hit like confetti. Speakers thumped freedom’s beat, and a man who wore chapters like armor spun around the house with granddaughters giggling and a wife catching the rhythm of grace. Not just a dance—an exhale years in the making.

If this were a book, I’d be lining up for the signed copy. But since it’s my husband’s life, I’m honored just to witness the echoes.

Adversity is part of the growth cycle….

This picture was taken last week after we faced a challenge. We remained cheerful because we did not waver on the fact of how strong our armor is.

Today we report, by God’s permission, another Goliath has been slain.

What we know from HQ 94:5-6: “surely after difficulty comes ease”. Minister Farrakhan teaches, it is in the state of ease that things are most dangerous because that is when we let our guards down. Stay on the alert!
