THANK YOU SEASON 2026 ❤️🇯🇲

What a season it’s been. From making my Diamond League debut and walking away with the win 🥇, to changing both my coach and agent and finding an environment that has been nothing short of amazing.

There were moments I genuinely wanted to give up. Moments when I questioned everything. But I didn’t. I kept showing up. I kept believing. And I finished the season running my fastest time since 2022.

A special thank you to @coachfordtough , @rufchris_ , and @chyna_davis3 for your guidance, belief, and everything you poured into me this season. And to my agency @astrapartners and @adidasrunning thank you for standing with me and supporting the journey. My family and friends and everyone who kept riding for me when I was down, thank you a million ❤️

This season reminded me that sometimes you have to change your surroundings, trust the process, and fight for yourself even when you don’t see the light yet. Grateful for the lessons, the people, the wins, the setbacks, and most importantly, the strength to keep going.

2026, you challenged me, but you didn’t break me. You made me better. ❤️‍🔥

Season done. Now we build. See you all next season 🏆 by @kembanelson

You ever wonder what it takes to train your whole life to run for just 11 seconds? We asked @oregontf alumni and now pro runners @kembanelson and @jadynmays what it really means to them to take on the pressure of running for just a short amount of time. You could see how important it is to have people in your corner in this sport because of just how mentally taxing it can be🙌
