This weekend marked a massive milestone in my thirteen years on this earth when Dad decided we needed our very first bicycle ride together using a K9 Sport Sack. 🎒

Getting my senior schnauzer rear end stuffed down inside that nylon pouch for the very first time was a deeply suspicious ordeal involving quite a bit of wiggling, nervous side-eye, and silent judgment. 👀

Once Dad zipped me up, clipped all the security straps, and swung the bag onto his back with my paws perched right on his shoulders like a tiny furry backpack ornament, everything instantly clicked into place. 🥰

It felt surprisingly comfortable and deeply trusting, sort of like a familiar cuddle puddle except we were suddenly traveling at high speeds while Dad strapped on his red Dashel cycle helmet to look like a professional aerodynamic speed demon. 😈

Off we zoomed together along the newly upgraded Fraser Foreshore Trail through the River District, cruising all the way along the mighty Fraser River into Burnaby and back before my paws even had time to get tired. 🚲

Dad and I are rocking our matching baby blue Adidas gear—Dad in his Oasis 25 tee and his rainbow Pride shades, and me in my matching top. 🩵 We’re posted up right in front of Science World, which has transformed into a massive, iconic FIFA World Cup soccer ball! ⚽️ Dad still talks about the electric energy of the 2010 Winter Olympics, so he’s making sure I get to soak up all the 2026 World Cup magic right here at home.

Turning 13 is a milestone that makes you think a bit about the road ahead, but as long as I’m by Dad’s side, I’m not worried. 🥰 He’s the best at making sure my golden years aren’t just spent napping—from road trips between Alberta and LA to taste-testing the finest prawns, crabs, and lobsters, he keeps me living life to the fullest. 🙏 My heart is so full from all your birthday wishes, texts, and the incredible gifts, especially that custom rainbow Vancouver meetup tote bag! 😘 Thank you to my chosen family for making my birthday weekend unforgettable.

Smooth like Butter, but this week flew by way too fast! 🧈

Still screaming from Night 3 of the Arirang World Tour at Stanford Stadium! 💜 BTS absolutely left it all on that stage. 🔥 From the chaos of "Run BTS" to literal tears during "Into the Sun," my voice is officially gone.

Dimly lit basements, soup made in coffee machines, and a culinary trip from Phuket to Chiang Mai… all without leaving Copenhagen.

Kiin Kiin literally translates to “come and eat,” and honestly, you’d be foolish to say no. 🇹🇭 From “dino-style” sea bass to a full-blown Krabi curry trip, this modern Thai Michelin-recommended experience was pure magic.

Minimalist vibes, maximalist flavors. ✨ @mater_bistrot

Tucked away just behind Piazza Cinque Giornate, Mater Bistrot is a Michelin-recommended gem that feels like a well-kept secret. 🍽️ Whether you’re sitting at the counter watching Chef Alessandro work his magic or tucked into a cozy corner, the 6-course tasting menu is pure imagination on a plate.

Catch-ups don’t have to be complicated - a few dishes, a warm dessert, good company 💛🤍💛

Leaning into warmth lately (no cold drinks or ice cream — TCM doctor’s orders).

Made even easier when you’re on the same rhythm and taking care of yourselves in similar ways.

Surprisingly… not everything we give up is a loss yet…

My roommate used to play @oasis so early in the morning that I swear I could hear Liam’s voice through my teeth. 🦷 I despised it. 😬 Now I’m at #Oasis Live ‘25 in #Toronto, it’s pouring rain, and I can officially say... I have no words. 😶 My soul has left my body and is currently harmonizing with the universe.

Happy, happy birthday to my amazing Dad! 🎉 As you can see, I’m showering the birthday boy with all the love (and a little bit of tongue action) I’ve got! 👅 It’s a scorcher of a summer day here in Vancouver, but who cares when it’s Dad’s special day?!

He’s the best treat-giver, the most patient walkies-taker, and the ultimate belly-rub provider. 🎂 Plus, he puts up with my dramatic sighs when it’s not treat time. 🥳 That’s true love right there! 😘 So, here’s a big, sloppy, schnauzer-style birthday kiss for the best human a pup could ask for! 🎊 Hope you have a day as fantastic as you make my every day! 😉 Now, where’s the cake... for me, obviously.

Yes, we’re back. 🎠 My eyes might be a tiny bit wide with mild panic, but don’t worry, I’m totally fine! 🥰 I have Dad right here, my personal emotional support human, making sure I don’t go flying off this mechanical beast. 🪨 He’s my rock, my anchor, my... well, he smells like snacks.

Speaking of Dad, Happy Father’s Day to the man, the myth, the legend who walks me, feeds me, picks up my poops (a true hero), cleans me, and takes me on ALL the adventures – road trips, flights, and countless beaches up and down the West Coast! 🏖️ He still thinks he’s in charge, which is adorable. 🤣 Really, though, thank you for taking me to see the world, Dad, and for putting up with my dramatic antics.

And a huge Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing human and doggo dads out there! 🌎 You’re all doing a paw-some job!
