One of the smoothest, quickest transactions I’ve done in the last 5 years and I’m so glad it was for this sweet friend’s townhouse.

Not only did we get multiple offers, but Hannah didn’t have to do a single repair. We got this thing closed in LESS than 3 weeks.

Nothing like a new house! Excited for my brother and sister-in-law.

This was the first transaction in a while where my buyers were able to get everything that they wanted contract-wise! Extra special that it was for people that I love. ❤️

It’s been such an intense sellers market the past few years that it’s nice to see things bending back into buyers favor some. by @kendallearly_

Oh Miss Lola, loving you made for the hardest goodbye. I’ll treasure all 11 years we had together. Thank you for all the comforting cuddles, long walks, protective barks and sweet kisses till the very end.

To the baby boy I thought I’d be holding at the end of the summer, I’ve never been more grateful for the hope of heaven.
.
I wasn’t sure I was going to post anything about him or about miscarriage in general but I’ve found reading other people’s stories’ therapeutic. It’s been a terrible week. One I didn’t see coming.
.
I was frantically cleaning our house last Friday getting ready for my whole family to come and celebrate the tie breaker grandchild when I started spotting.
.
Things went from bad to terrible very fast over the weekend, involving hemorrhaging, passing out multiple times, an ambulance ride, a surgery and to top things off Stephen and I got the flu the day after I was released from the hospital. It was a week from hell and I’m still processing it.
.
But I’m going to stand firm that God is good. He is the God of the valleys and the mountain tops and I find peace in knowing he’s got our baby boy with him.
.
I don’t think I could have managed this week without Stephen and all the people that prayed for us, took care of Leighton, and did unbelievably kind things for us like clean our bathroom so I didn’t have to relive everything and made sure we had food when we couldn’t get out of bed from the flu or grief. Just know we are more thankful than I can put to words.
.
And to my friends, if you find yourself in this unfortunate club, I want to pray for, listen or do whatever needs to be done. I’m so glad I didn’t have to experience this alone. #miscarriageawareness by @kendallearly_

Knocked this one out with my momma! This sweet couple reached out to us desperate to find a home in Ross Bridge. They had a very tight timeline and had just had a not-so-great experience with another agent.

Sometimes SOLD just looks like an investment. This townhouse needs work but it’s metrics are good. It will make a great rental.

We were able to snag this one under list price and negotiate 💰 for repairs to get it tenant ready. Not only did property values go up since we went under contract but so did market rental rates.
.
This was not bought by some corporation or hedge fund, but by a single individual building his real estate portfolio with personal investments.
