Oh Fair Morgan…

The past four years have truly been the greatest years of my life. A journey filled with lessons that stretched me, blessings that humbled me, and redirections that reminded me that God’s plan is always greater than my own. Morgan didn’t just educate me, it transformed me. This campus became the place where I discovered who I am, who I’m becoming, and the power I hold when I trust myself.

Morgan taught me life; inside and outside the classroom. It pushed me to show up when things were hard, to keep going when the odds felt heavy, and to believe in my voice even when I doubted it. Through every high and low, this university built my resilience, strengthened my determination, and poured into my confidence. That growth is what allows this Black woman to stand boldly and proudly today.

To my friends, family, sisters, colleagues, mentors, and everyone who touched my journey thank you. For the encouragement, the late-night talks, the prayers, the pushes, and the unwavering support. You were my village, my safe space, and my motivation.

“It takes a village,” and I am beyond blessed to have one so powerful, loving, and intentional. I am here because of you. I rise because of you. And I step into this next chapter carrying it all with me.

Thank you, Morgan. Thank you, village. This is only the beginning.
