✨ 20 Years of Ever After ✨

Twenty years ago today, I opened the doors to Ever After Bridal and Formal Wear. I honestly can’t believe how quickly the years have passed, and I am still in awe of how the Lord has blessed this journey.

These 20 years would not have been possible without His guiding hand every step of the way.
I am so incredibly thankful for every single customer who has trusted me to be a part of one of the most special days of your life. Helping make your dreams come true has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Over the years, the Lord has also blessed me with the most amazing staff—people who have truly become my family. I love each of them with my whole heart.

None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of my own family. My parents and grandparents have left their handprints and hearts in every building we’ve ever had, and they will always be honored for the hard work they gave—and still give.
Nine months after opening Ever After, I met a good-looking country boy who swept me off my feet and has stood by my side, supporting my passion ever since. My three boys have grown up in this shop. Even when they didn’t always love it, they never complained and have always been proud of their mama. One of my most treasured moments was seven years ago when I helped my now daughter-in-law find her dream dress to marry my boy. He finally gave me a daughter, and I am so thankful for her.

As Ever After prepares to move into our forever home and step into an exciting new season, I am beyond humbled to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to continue serving our community and everyone who walks through our doors.

I know, pulling off a surprise party for me was a big challenge, but my family and friends did it! Don’t worry I forgive you for all the lies😂. My hubby asked our beautiful daughter to put it together and she did such a fabulous job. Thank you all who helped and came to celebrate.
