That’s the part nobody really talks about.

You don’t get the results of scale without the growth, structure and leadership shifts required to support it.

I don’t take these days for granted because so many are without their moms. I’m so grateful for the times we spend together and the love we share for one another. She is the greatest woman I know! I’ve watched her go after everything she’s ever wanted come hell or high waters! In the words of Poppa Pope, she IS the Hell and the High Water 🤣🤣🤣. Listen…I’ve never seen 220+ in my entire life. I really don’t know what size I’m in at this point because athleisure wear gets me by most days. Last time I purchased clothes, I was a size 18 but fit in size 16 with stretch.

Now, those 16’s have a good bit of room! Yall…if I’ve gotten to a size 14, I’m going to cry tears of joy!

For reference, I was a size 24 pre VSG in 2020. Anyone that has used any form of weight loss surgery as a tool to kickstart your journey will confirm that you only have a small window of time to lose the max amount of your weight loss goal. After those first 6 months…you MUST continue to do the work!!! Portion control and better choices along with remaining active!

Yall have seen me workout for years but I failed in other areas. Weight loss surgery is no quick or easy way out because you can still regain weight by making bad choices. If you still think it’s an easy way out…😏🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m 5’11 and I’ve always carried it well but baby it was a lot 😂

Thank you God for seeing and enjoying 46!!! This is the best I’ve ever felt, looked and lived!!! Despite being sick as a dog yesterday 😩 almost ruined my bday trip but the kid has bounced back!

Thank you to everyone that called, texted, and posted on social media. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to acknowledge me on this day.

Now y’all know I love luxurious experiences and things…you also know I truly VALUE the simple things in life (cues grilled cheese and wine cuz that’s all i wanted for dinner…especially after upchucking my whole life yesterday). So much in store that I haven’t posted about yet. It’s coming. And it’s something really special for all real estate professionals.
