April to date ✨🩵🤸‍♀️🥗💤☀️

To describe the last few weeks:

Consistency in workouts & nutrition

💔 Our best friends moved back to the East Coast

Love, Steve and I celebrated 5 years together

A 36-hour trip to the East Coast to celey more LOVE

Making mems with our San Diego fam

A needed reset, prioritizing strength, movement, and pouring back into myself

Hummers (so many of them)... a new job, a reminder to slow down, and all the wishes to come true
