While those other photos before were from last year, I wasn't able to get milky way photos that year because it rained all night. I went back this year to get it done. And got a pretty nice sunrise photo as well.

This is Part 3 of my Devil's Tower Photos.

Devil's Tower is composed of mostly hexagonal columns that do sometimes break off and fall from the structure.
.
And in case anyone is wondering, yes, people do climb Devil's Tower, I got a photo of some climbers on the day I was there and you can still see old ladders climbers used back in the day to help with climbing Devil's Tower.

Devil's Tower is America's first National Monument, established almost exactly 120 years ago on 24-September-1906 by the great Teddy Roosevelt. It might also be referred to as Bear Lodge or Bear's Lodge by American Indians.

Day 3 in Yellowstone (for those who are wondering, I'm not there now, these photos are from last year's trip, lmao, I've been slacking with my editing, I'm trying to catch up to post this year's photos.)

Checking out more of what Yellowstone NP has to offer before I drive over to Devils Tower. Grand Prismatic Spring is the largest hot spring in the USA and the third largest in the world. Turquoise Pool is just very turquoise, lol. In the last photo I noticed that guy just hanging out in the distance.

Lamar Valley is where you're most likely to see a lot of wildlife activity. Here we have a lone wolf that has killed a buffalo cub. An adult buffalo approaches to inspect the cub while the wolf backs off. The last two frames show a coyote that has been hanging close by hoping to get left-overs from the kill. Prior to these photos the wolf was actively chasing off that coyote. But as long as the coyote keeps its distance the wolf seems to leave him alone.

Day 1 of Yellowstone National Park starts off with Gibbon Falls. Then spotted a black bear just off the main road a little ways into the trees. Then off to a great view of the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone, and lastly some wildlife seen throughout the park.
