This is what two days post op looks like. Blessed to say that surgery was a success. It was a little more involved than we expected but everything came out well. So happy that we are on the road to recovery. Today was day 1 of PT. We worked on some mobility and extension of the knee. Got cleared to do some upper body and get the heart rate going. Feeling blessed to have any movement. This journey is going to be full of love and appreciation. Thank you everyone for the support, means the world to me. I’ve been feeling the love like none other.

We come here often now for breakfast + coffee. I actually couldn’t stop thinking about @farmersdaughter.coffee Blueberry pancake latte I had yesterday so I came back this morning! 🥞🫐☕️
