Today was the dress rehearsal for the talent show next week and it went better than I expected! I did not throw the hoop and I improvised smoothly 😮‍💨 Then I got outside and found this pretty hoop spot in my neighborhood 😍 It’s right by the mailboxes so my neighbors got a show but whatever 😂 Overhead trace pathway by @soulhoopacademy 🤩 Using this as my #stopdropandspin from @kt.flows and passing it to @strawfairyflowz @clutz_jonsey @olivia.sun.kiss @spectralmothh if you’re up for it ♥️ #hooplah #hoopersofig #hoopersofinstagram #flowarts by @kennaveee

Birthday flow 🥳 It has been an overall excellent year and I’m just so grateful for this life. Growing older is a privilege and I’m happy to be here and experience it all. It’s crazy to think that I used to think people in their 30s were old - life is just beginning!!! ♥️ #sundayfunday #hooplah #hoopersofig #hoopersofinstagram #flowarts by @kennaveee

Happy #flowartsfriday and start to the weekend ✨ Stay until the end for some single leg hooping! I haven’t done nearly as much hooping in the past year but the thing I’m most proud of is my leg hooping! It took me forever to learn!! 🥰 @hyperionhoop #hooplah #hoopersofig #hoopersofinstagram #flowarts by @kennaveee

The beginner doubles struggle is real 😅 As a patient said to me once, my left arm is mostly for decoration! 😂 The three beat weave is my nemesis rn!! ⭕️ #doublehooping #hooplah #hoopersofig #hoopersofinstagram #flowarts by @kennaveee

Just beginner doubles things ✨ I’ve played with doubles here and there but have never made it past the very beginner stage. I’ve seen so many people progressing with doubles lately that I felt inspired to play with them again. Let’s see if I can stick with it this time! #doublehooping #hooplah #hoopersofig #hoopersofinstagram #flowarts by @kennaveee
