PSA for my recent grads 🎓👀

Did you know your college transcript could actually help you buy a home SOONER than you think??

Most people sleep on this, but if your degree lines up with your current job, some lenders will count those years in school as part of your work history. Like… that’s HUGE.

That means you might not have to wait the full two years at your job just to qualify. You still need income, you still need to be employed, and you still gotta meet the guidelines — but you could be way closer than you think 👇🏾

If you’re out here already working in your field, let’s have the conversation fr.

To My Dear Ole College Home💙… Thank you, it’s been a ride!
For the past 3 years, Jackson State has molded me, challenged me, and celebrated me. I’ve laughed, cried, grown, and GLOWED through it all. From late night study sessions to early morning call times, this journey has been nothing short of beautiful.

I just want to thank God for guiding me through it all every high, every low, and every blessing in between. Without Him, none of this would be possible.

JSU gave me so much more than an education it gave me purpose, passion, and people I’ll never forget. I’ve been blessed to serve, lead, and represent with pride. Whether I was on campus running to class, planning events, or stepping out in style, I gave it my ALL every single time!

Jackson State might not have been my first choice, but it was the right choice. It’s now my forever home. I’ve gained lifelong friends who’ve turned into family, made memories I’ll cherish forever, and grown into a woman I’m so proud of becoming.

On May 3rd, I’ll be walking across that stage with tears in my eyes, a smile on my face, and BBA in Entrepreneurship, Magna Cum Laude in hand!

Forever Blue & White
With love,
Kennedee Stanley 🩷
