More views won't automatically fix your business.

Before you spend more money or time getting more attention to your business ask yourself:

Why didn't the people who already saw it buy? ๐Ÿ‘€

Did they not understand the offer?
Did they not trust you?
Did they want something different?
Did they click.. but lose interest somewhere along the way?

You DON'T need more people untill you know what's happening with the people you ALREADY have.

And if you don't know how to find that yet...

Follow me and I'll show you. โœ๐Ÿผ

If anything I've been OBSESSED with building things and systems that make People's lives and business easier for the past 4-5 years.

I've studied over 60 businesses , marketing campaigns, 50+ creators, owners,... Because I genuinely live for this and this actually helps people get the results they want.

Now here's the thing people don't usually lack inspiration...
They lack SYSTEMS and implementation.

The business owner who's doing a 50k month ?
The content creator with 100k followers?
The influencer with tons of brand deals ?

It's not that they're better or smarter than you perse.

They โœ๐Ÿผ just โœ๐Ÿผhave โœ๐Ÿผbetterโœ๐Ÿผ systems. That's the only difference.

And if you follow @jun_yuh , you know he's a perfect example of this. BUT it's also because he genuinely loveeees what he does and he's a genuine coach who wants people to win.

Comment STRATEGY if you want the full in depth breakdown of the strategy behind this ( so you can apply this to your business too ).

1. Your colleagues are not your friends. Keep work and private life separate, I'm not saying you can't make friends but not everyone has good intentions. This is especially more true as you get older.

2. Your numbers are not a determination of your worth. Yes sales is hard , yes the counter resets every month. But you have worth as a human being either way, don't let anyone tell you something else ( like your managers , ikyk )

3. Not every prospect needs to be closed.
Yes quota is important but a bad client will give you alot of unnecessary stress because they'll keep asking about the smallest things that aren't in your control. I'd rather have 2 good clients that appreciate you than 20 bad ones.

4. If you're not resilient to stress or doubt yourself alot , sales will be a hard mirror to look in. But if you can hold on , you'll come out alot more confident, resilient to rejection and with the drive to get through hard things. It's a life skill

5. Study and build relationships and SYSTEMS. the part everyone hates is prospecting and finding new leads. If you have a system that does it for you , that's one less thing to stress about.

Sales isn't a talent but a skill. I've seen "bad" reps outperform "talented" ones , because they understood it's a skill you continue to sharpen.
Relationships are everything. Treat your client right and they'll happily connect you to more people to help. SERVE don't sell.

If you want my AI system that gives me a ton of leads every day , comment LEADS and I'll send over the exact steps so you can build your own ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

More traffic isn't aฬlways the solution if you barely have sales.

If people are already finding you but not becoming customers, adding more people to the same broken path .. will make the problem worse.

Bigger leak in your bucket.

I'd check four things first:

Are the right people arriving
Does the message make sense immediately
Is the offer actually something desirable
Is there something going wrong in the conversion process

The underlying problem can be the same which is "not enough sales" While the CAUSE is completely different...

Save this and audit these four before trying to get more people to see your stuff. by @kennethfromzero

Posting more can be easy again when EDITING stops being the bottleneck.

If every reel takes hours to cut, caption, pace, Polish and finish... "Just post more" becomes not sustainable.. FAST.

Hellooo burnout city. Ikyk ๐Ÿ‘€

So I've been redesigning the way I edit.
Not by trying to become faster at editing.

By building a system that helps me do less of the repetitive work Manually.

If I wanted to be an editor , I'd have a job as an editor.
I don't. Rightfully so. ๐Ÿซ

Now Claude IS part of my system, but the goal isn't "AI content".

The goal is simple:
Better content, faster , without living inside an editing timeline ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I'm testing how far I can push it and I'm launching and adjusting this in public as I go.

Now ALOT of y'all told me this would be a lifesaver ( I get it ! I've almost thrown my phone out the window multiple times )... So I'm planning to already open a wait-list.

If you want early access when I launch and package it, comment WAITLIST and I'll put you on.

PS. Early waitlisters get free access to my carousel tool as well ( it made 14 carousels in insane time ). by @kennethfromzero

You scripted for a few hours , spent another few on filming and getting the right angles. Done right ?

Nooo. Now you have to open capcut or the editing app and still spend hours on editing , captions , removing dead Space, umss and ehs,... And Suddenly you wonder where the day went.

What if you could save the time spent editing and actually have time for other things that matter to you ?

Would it make your life easier ? by @kennethfromzero

For me it is atleast.

Sometimes it's an hour plus.

So if I could use that same hour to film more.. id be able to do more volume without losing time. And focus on the value and filming

Or you could pay someone to edit too but still

This is still human in the loop.
I can direct it if I want to.

Graphic motion design
Animations

The amount of time saved is insane

Know your strengths and act accordingly
My strength is not editing so. And I also don't enjoy editing

It's not about replacing everything or outsourcing your critical thinking.

It's just working more efficiently.
Work smarter not harder.

It still needs a human hand , like don't make ai slop.
You still have to script, and actually film the video.

Then I have more data and see which part of my life gets easier ๐Ÿ˜‚

Let's test stuff publicly here.

So you can learn too.

Or if you just want the framework to make your own video editor comment VIDEO by @kennethfromzero

Stop sounding like everyone.

Repeating the same tips and advice.

Boring ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜ด

Where's your personality?
Your pizazz, energy , your spark.

The thing that makes you you..
Do more of that.

Stop talking to everyone, that's how people forget you.

Talk to one person with one problem.

Specific sells and gets you money on the table.

Thank me later. by @kennethfromzero

This is where most people fuck up.

Having an idea is great.
Having an offer around it ? Even better.

But if it's not in front of the right people..?
Crickets.

And crickets are nice.. in nature.
Not in business.

So instead of having a ton of ideas...
Focus on :
One idea
One person to help
What that person loses sleep over
Messaging that speaks to your buyer's brain
And gets them raving to get your solution.

If you have to figure this all out yourself.. it takes alot of time and frustration that you can really fucking miss.

That's why you need a system.

If You're TIRED of figuring it out yourself and you want a system that can help you ...

Someone needed to tell you this.

It's not your fault though, it's a learnable skill.

Thank me later.

Not every idea gets into a business.

If you're asking if they like it, you'll end up with a lot of yes because people wanna be polite.

But mostly that answer won't help you.
Liking =/= demand.

Big difference

Just don't.

If you're not sure about your offer why would I be ?
Asking people to buy means moving them subtly from A to B without directly asking if they want to buy.

Keep scrolling.
If your attention span can't make it past a few slides... Then I don't have good news for ya ( and I say this with love )

Yes there's levels to this.

Each level has its own questions.

Important.

If you don't know what a customer is dealing with or lying awake from at night, you can't use the right messaging to speak to their brain

Pain moves people faster than gain.

There's a difference between complaining and actually doing something about it.

( If this also happens to apply to yourself, good . Read it again).

This is what you definitely need.

Someone paying decided the problem was bad enough to spend money on it.

Find the gap they're missing and go fill it in.

Important.

Critical thinking and spotting WHY something is different will get you far in business.

Serve , don't demand.
Always.

Worry about others first and business will come.

Or spend time figuring it allll out yourself.

But money loves speed and action.

You're welcome, thank me later. by @kennethfromzero

You're overcomplicating business.

When it's literally this simple ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

Find a market -> what problem is being solved -> put your own spin on it -> talk to as many people as you can with said problem -> sell => repeat steps.

Stop trying to reinvent the fucking wheel. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
You're not Einstein and you don't need to be.
By the time you reinvented the wheel someone else already ran laps around you because they just adapted and implemented.

Basically KISS ( no not me obviously) .
Keep it stupid simple.

It sounds off because business seems complicated but it's true and it'll stay true.

Now business in real life is NOT entirely the same for business on social media.

You need to learn how to attract people , positioning yourself in the market and so on.

If you don't know where to start , comment "playbook" and I'll send you my strategy guide. by @kennethfromzero
