Just finished two days of the USS Lynne McCormick DDG 8 ship reunion. I was onboard from late 73 till early 77 and it was definitely my favorite ship. Paul Goldenstein was the Gunnery Officer and we were very close and it was great to see him and his wife. Also got to see many other shipmates from my time onboard. A couple of adult beverages were also consumed. by @kennethivary

Here is to 81 times around the sun, still alive and kicking. Got my birthday Starbucks, got my free bunt cake, took a 90 minute nap, and had a great surf and turf dinner with an adult beverage❤️. Thanks to all who those who took the time to wish me happy birthday. Hopefully I will have many more trips around the sun, God willing🙏 taken in Bonita, California by @kennethivary

I had the honor of being invited by Otay class of 2016 to their 10 year reunion. Great seeing many of my former students and hearing about their life success. (More pictures to follow) by @kennethivary
