**Sometimes the best sign of leadership is a decision you didn't have to make.**

Something goes wrong at work.

Normally, everyone comes to you.

But this time, someone in your team knows what to do.

They make the decision.

The work keeps moving.

And you hear about it afterwards.

That's progress worth recognising.

Because leadership isn't only about the problems you solve.

It's also about the people you help develop.

The confidence they gain.

The responsibility they take.

And what they become capable of doing without you.

**That's where leadership becomes stewardship.**
