Happy Mother’s Day to the moms rediscovering themselves in the middle of motherhood, chasing dreams, showing up exhausted but still giving their babies the world every single day.

One day our children will look back and realize the late nights, the sacrifices, the risks, and the hard seasons were never because we loved them less, it was because we loved them enough to build a life bigger than fear.

I hope my girls grow up knowing that motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself. You can love your babies with your whole heart and still chase the things that set your soul on fire. Mom matters too. Her dreams matter too.

And if all they remember is that their mama never gave up on creating a beautiful life for them, then every sacrifice was worth it. 🤍

A little peek behind the scenes of me ⚡️

Outside of photography and motherhood, I work in social media + marketing for a luxury resale company, selling designer bags and accessories—so sometimes my creative brain needs a break from planning and posting.

By no means am I a model… but it sure is fun stepping in front of the camera every now and then.

But today also serves as a reminder of the tragedy that struck Kerrville one year ago. As a mom, my heart aches for the parents whose lives changed forever. 💚

@bensonboone your music found me during some of the hardest parts of my life and gave me something to hold onto when I needed it most. Hearing those same songs live, surrounded by thousands of people singing along, was a feeling I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully put into words. Just really grateful I got to be there. Thank you for getting me through. 🤍

Highly recommend going to see @boyslikegirls and living out your 13 year old self’s dreams 🫶🏼
