i’m back, did you miss me? cause i missed you! hey long story short my depression is picking back up again and i’m about to be less busy so i’m using this for structure, accountability, and a creative outlet. which has always kind of been ken’s bars’ purpose. this is a jumbled mess, not particularly in order but yk… when is life orderly?

“ken doll is marked by bright colors, themes of expanded thought and evolution, songs that feel like summer, fruit with a heavy emphasis on citruses, accepting mistakes and owning insecurities, honest vulnerability, and my pledge to put myself first.“

happy blog day: i’m very excited to start posting again and this time i’m taking a lot of pressure off of myself to make everything perfect. vulnerability is something that can be very difficult for me but ken’s bars is all about creating a space where i’m truly genuine.

the website definitely looks different, all old posts can be searched for at the top or you can find them underneath “the kenny code”.
