Im so damn proud of myself.

What you dont see is the fatigue I battle daily that my specialist are trying to figure out what the heck is going on. I made a promise to myself to not give up. Plus it helps having the studio 30 seconds from my house - I cant bullshit myself.

What you also don’t see is the strength I have gained, the muscles, better form, more control, breathing correctly, my nervous system slowly healing.

If i can work 40 hours a week, manage kids, and this unknown health issue. You can do it. Make a promise to yourself and just do the damn thing.

I got this tattoo last week & how fitting for the heaviness going on today.

Beyond fear lies freedom. 🤍

A reminder that so much of what I’ve wanted in life has been on the other side of fear.

Fear of failing.
Fear of change.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of letting go.

This tattoo is my reminder to stop allowing fear to make decisions for me. To trust God, surrender what I can’t control, and keep moving forward even when I’m scared.
I don’t think freedom means you stop being afraid. I think it’s choosing not to let fear decide for you.

Happy 18th birthday to my son🩵🩵🩵

Life hasn’t always been fair to us, but through everything, you’ve continued to show just how resilient you are. You keep showing up, pushing forward, and finding your way. You have the purest heart, along with a grit and determination that I know will carry you through anything life throws your way.

Watching you grow into the young man you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I hope you always know how incredibly proud I am of you and how deeply you are loved.

Some tattoos are more than just ink. They carry pieces of my story, my faith, and reminders I want to carry with me forever. 🩷

Shalom: peace, wholeness, harmony.
When Mimi passed, a nurse hugged me for what felt like forever and quietly repeated the word shalom to me over and over. I’ll never forget that moment or the peace those words brought me in the middle of so much grief.

Surrender: my constant reminder to surrender to the Lord the things I cannot control. To let go of the unknowns, trust His plan, and have faith even when I can’t see what comes next.

The Cross: a reminder of God’s unconditional love, His sacrifice, His grace, and the faith that continues to carry me through every season.

Not just tattoos. Pieces of my story and reminders of what I never want to forget. ✝️
