got something to celebrate (or commiserate)?
our function room is open for business, just in time for the silly season.

no hire fee, just a bar tab minimum. you hit the spend, the room is yours. simple as that.

you’ll get your own bartender, DJ facilities, and a big screen to throw on whatever chaos you like. bring your own food, bring your own catering, bring your own balloons, bring your own nana. fuck it.

perfect for staff parties, christmas blowouts, birthdays, weddings, funerals, divorces, or that “one last hurrah” before someone moves to london.

slide into our DMs, hit us up at the bar or send us an email (located in bio) to lock it in.

LESS THAN A WEEK TO GO!! 🎃💋

That’s right babes, don’t get confused now - we are the WARM UP ACT to your Halloween festivities! Like you needed another excuse to pull together a SECOND Halloween fit??

Will we be seeing a gaggle of Trump’s dead-eyed robot entourage? A Labubu with a drinking problem? A disgraced Coldplay kiss-cam couple? A chic little classic? Or something genuinely fucking TERRIFYING?!

Whatever monstrosity you decide to serve, we expect to see you on the dancefloor at KENT ST for a night of queer debauchery on this All Hallow’s Eve! Where else would you invite the dead in but with us 💕

Accidentally killed your boyfriend and then kept sleeping with his ghost? Did a blood ritual and became the Devil’s bitch? Maybe your Lesbian Coven sacrificed a Virgin for eternal youth? We want to hear all about it and more at this month’s Halloween Edition of Bloodletting.

Join us upstairs @kentst on the 29th from 7pm for a special spooky edition of Smith Street’s smuttiest, saddest and Queerest spoken word night. Shoot through a message if you’re keen to read and if you’re a voyeur and not a writer, come strap into your cuck chair and soak up all we have to offer.

Kent St have delivered the goods yet again and have a packed out week of haunted fun to celebrate every homo’s favourite holiday. Every night from Tuesday is loaded with freaks and fun so come celebrate and get a little weird 👻 by @kentst

John Waters’ gloriously filthy 1981 cult classic Polyester is a full sensory assault on suburban respectability, complete with everything you’d expect from Waters: depravity, melodrama, bad behaviour, ridiculous characters and a whole lot of stupid fun. And because watching John Waters isn’t enough, we’re bringing in ODORAMA. Every ticket comes with an Odorama card, letting you scratch, sniff and experience the smells of Polyester exactly as John Waters intended.

Wanna scratch and sniff with a friend but don’t want to fork out the extra $$?
Grab our Cheap Skate Ticket for Two and share the experience.
One Odorama card. Two pairs of nostrils.
Scratch it. Sniff it. Pass it on. Repeat until you’re sick.

FINAL RELEASE TIX IN BIO 🩷 by @kentst

Whilst this was and still is a thank you post to everyone who joined us on Grand Final Day and helped us raise $450 for the ASRC we wanted to share a pretty shit update.

The ASRC have had two of their vans stolen today. These vans are used for their catering social enterprise which provides employment opportunities for refugees and people seeking asylum.

So if you can spare a few bucks, please consider donating to help them replace what’s been lost.
