A few of our Kent State SHRM leaders had the opportunity to attend the Ohio SHRM Conference this past week!

It was a great experience learning more about HR, meeting professionals and students from across the state, and making valuable new connections.

We are excited to bring back new ideas and keep growing Kent State SHRM! taken in Kalahari Convention Center by @kentstatehr

My name is Nicole Ratka, and I'm a Business Management student with a minor in Nonprofit Studies. Some of my hobbies include volunteering at an animal rescue, hanging out with my friends and family, and trying new foods. In addition to being a full-time college student, I’m the branch manager for my own painting company in Cleveland. I’m excited to learn more about the HR field and make a difference! by @kentstatehr

Hi, I’m Kaitlin! I’m a sophomore majoring in Human Resource Management with a passion for helping people feel connected and valued in their community. When I’m not studying, you can usually find me behind a camera capturing moments or curled up with a good book. I’m always up for a great conversation, a new adventure, and discovering my next favorite hobby. by @kentstatehr
