Ending this year winning the @philippinepowerlifting raw nationals U90 is the ultimate highlight of my Career as a Powerlifter so far💪🏽🏆

After winning the Aseana open, I asked coach @prstvllnv to help me get stronger squat.

From 212.5kg, now 230kg squat with RPE 8 only.

I also broke the national bench press record again with 170kg.

Manifesting my inner @cbum in @musclecontestph

Brought a better package than my previous NPC Mr. Philippines with more separation and details on my quads and hamstrings 💪

This was an amazing experience in my entire life, stepping on an international stage with some of the best athletes in the world!!!

Even if we fail to win, this has been a privilege to me and I am still happy after all the months of sacrifice 👌
