Alles wird gut, so will ich es glauben !Bleibt bei deine positiven Gedanken.
Con la llegada del solsticio de verano, danza bajo la nueva luna de junio, fluye y que el viento se lleve las cenizas y nos renueve esa energía.
La luna de junio es considerada como la más dulce del año” luna de fresa “. Especial porque provoca un eclipse parcial.
Nacida al lado del mar y bajo la luna , es donde encuentro mi fuerza y serenidiad . Esa conexión con el todo . No hay nada tan bello como una puesta de sol.En esta primera foto, representa el solsticio de verano en este caso la conyuntara entre dos ocenaos.
Me fascina la caída de la puesta de sol y llegar a ese momento mágico del anochecer. Encuéntrate a ti mismo y comparte tu irresistible energía
Los mejores, sin duda alguna los de verano, en este caso en playas maravillosas como esta de 2.foto o cualquier punto alto de un acantilado, colina y si te encuentras en la ciudad, roof top es ideal para la brisa veraniega.

Abrazando este mes de revitalización energética, de cariños y cuidados. La base para una buena comunicación.Desde dentro hacia fuera. Mente, espíritu, alma y cuerpo. Todo reside en la base de un equilibrio. Bienvenidos los mejores deseos, intenciones, salud, sobretodo salud (en ello estoy ;-)) ,paz y Harmonía e Armonía.
Una de mis palabras favoritas: Harmonía : diosa griega de la armonía ,concordia del equilibrio y alivio de los conflictos y discordia.Y por otra parte armonía en la música 🎶: cuando 2 o más notas distintas suenan a la vez.
Para mi ser es algo innato. No significa no aflore la mezcla y herencia caribeña/hispana -Africana.
Pero mi secreto es siempre mi luz por encima. Esa que irradia y se contagia a mi alrededor.
Os invito este mes a alinear vuestro Yin/Yang , el principio femenino y masculino, tierra y cielo , noche y día ,como denominan en las cultura asiáticas.
Lo más bello de este mes son sus colores cálidos al igual que en los alimentos. Cárgate de energía y vitaminas!!
Paseos en el mar, parques, montañas, senderismo. Abraza un árbol y a los que te quieren.

Keep going, don’t give up, believe in your strength. Sometime is not only about motivation. It’s about discipline. Doing baby steps, therefore get closers to our results. They say, Rome wasn’t build in a day.
It’s always a first time for everything so try. Pull your boundaries and see how far you can get.
Happy, satisfied, tired. And my anxiety now is gone. Confronting myself is my challenge. Getting better everyday to be a better version of myself and for my young nephews and nieces. To be a motivational example for them. Yes we can. Just put you heard on it.
Our love once, will lift us up when we have doubts about our capabilities.
This run is for a good cause. Better health so the donation will be spend for research. Keep your blood pressure shape
