很多人就问我: aiyo 你好可惜，差一点就拿卡了。讲真的失落是有一点，但是想深一层就是我的肉量和posing训练还不到位，所以拿不到是自然的。如果肉量和posing到位。卡自然也会送到面前。重视自己问题，可以更上一层🔥

（记录一下这次上台体重是75.6）

第一个就是要感谢就是我的老婆，她真的很棒，我的比赛她从不缺席，从以前我是小白什么都不知道她就开始陪着我。帮我拿哑铃热身，帮我在后台吸着二手烟帮我taining。真的很爱你。她在我低碳和备赛期间都帮我分担大部分孩子的事情。低碳真的脑部完全不能操作，每天只想吃，睡，练罢了😂

接下来就是我的教练扎克@zackchiou ，讲真的真心佩服为什么他是自然世界冠军，到最后一刻他都不放弃。
裁判已经判分数，在后台等颁发职业卡。他还后台继续帮我热身，说可能还有一线希望。🥹
为什么比赛过去两个星期了我还这样顾饮食？答案是因为明年的比赛我现在就在开始备赛了，要以最好的肉量和体脂来呈现明年的6月第二届wnbf Malaysia比赛才可以对的起我的教练 💪

马来西亚的自然健美又迈向一大步，这一次比赛真的是收获不少，除了打开格局看到原来自然健美还可以练的这样美，这样大🤩 。也和不少的国际选手交流饮食和训练。也很高兴认识来自不同国际的一班志同道合的健美裁判和选手 💪

希望这个自然比赛可以持续的办下去，把马来西亚的自然健美风气带起来。也要谢谢支持我的家人和朋友们，没有你们也没有我今天 ❤️

这一年，说快不快，说慢不慢。
让我学会的，不只是成长，
而是如何在压力里保持清醒，
我开始更清楚自己要的是什么，
也更珍惜身边真正重要的人。
谢谢这一年所有出现在我生命里的人，
家人，团队的陪伴、鼓励和包容，
你们都是我继续前进的力量。

尤其想谢谢伟大的老婆。
尤其是备赛后期几乎都是你在帮忙顾孩子
很多时候不是我有多坚强，
而是她替我扛住了那些我没说出口的疲惫。

2025 已经结束了，2026来了

健美项目

连续比了三年wnbf，这次是75+小组冠🥇
第五次的和职业卡一步之差，万年二奶卡😂
这次是我这样多次的比赛来，第一次这样干的状态。after peak weak 体重去到73.2。
这次最主要的问题还是落在肉量，肉量真的对身高偏高的选手直接打击当在比overall 😂
肩膀，手臂，下背。都是来临的非赛季需要大大进步的地方。
下次会专心打古典和健体了。
（健美肉量还需要加强😅）

Bodybuilding category
After competing in WNBF for three consecutive years, this time I won 🥇 in the 75kg+ category.
It was my fifth show, just one step away from earning the pro card — forever the “runner-up card” 😂

This was also the first time I’ve ever come in this dry and conditioned.
After peak week, my weight dropped to 73.2kg.

The biggest issue this time was still muscle size — having more height really puts me at a disadvantage when it comes to the overall battle 😂
Shoulders, arms, and lower back are the key areas I’ll need to bring up in the upcoming off-season.

Next time, I’ll be focusing on Classic Physique and Men’s Physique.
(Still need more size for Bodybuilding 😅)

Big thanks to my coach for flying all the way to Vietnam to guide me — next time I’ll be flying to Taiwan to compete 😂🔥

When problems appear, solve them, and keep executing.

古典第一战
古典之美
通常强调的不仅是肌肉量，更是比例、线条与整体气质的和谐。

比例之美（Symmetry）
肩宽腰细，形成理想的V字型上半身。
上、下肢比例均衡，肌群发达但不突兀。
头、躯干、四肢在视觉上呈现黄金比例，类似古希腊雕塑。

线条之美（Aesthetics）
肌肉线条流畅、分明，但不过度夸张。
肌纤维的走向与身体曲线结合自然，像雕刻般干净。
在光影下，肌肉轮廓显得立体、柔中带刚。

姿态之美（Presentation）
站姿、步态、转身都散发自信与优雅。
动作舒展，配合呼吸与节奏，让肌肉呈现最佳状态。
舞台上的表现力让观众感受到力量与艺术的结合。

精神之美（Spirit）
不是纯粹的“肌肉堆砌”，而是体现一种古典英雄的精神。
兼具力量感与高雅气质，让人联想到战士与艺术家的结合。

备赛剩下2个月，体态都比上两次来的好🔥
弱项也慢慢被改善 👍
只需要超越上次的自己，就赢了90%🔥
谢谢老婆这段时间的低碳状态体谅 ❤️

*下次比赛真的不可以乱乱去旅行，看到各种buffet真的会把持不住 😅

2 months out, and I’m already in better shape than my last two preps 🔥
Weak points are finally catching up too 💪
If I can beat my last version, that’s 90% of the win right there 🔥
Huge shoutout to my wife for putting up with my low-carb mood swings ❤️
