When planning a wedding, there are so many decisions to make. Every detail seems to matter from the big moments to the smallest touches. As beautiful as our wedding day turned out, there was one decision I never questioned: keeping Christ at the center and using our wedding as an opportunity to point others to Him.

Leading up to our wedding, everything didn’t go according to plan. We experienced unexpected challenges that tested our trust. There were moments when I found myself overwhelmed by things that, in the end, didn’t truly matter.

But God.

He reminded me to release every worry into His hands and trust that His plans were greater than my own. He gave me peace when circumstances didn’t make sense and faith when I couldn’t see how everything would come together.

Our wedding day was filled with so many intentional, beautiful moments, but the ones that impacted me the most were the moments we never planned. In the quiet, unexpected spaces, God made His presence known. He provided exactly what we needed, exactly when we needed it. Looking back, I don’t just remember a beautiful wedding. I remember the faithfulness of God.

I’m so grateful that our story isn’t one of perfect planning. It’s one of a perfect Savior who continually provides, sustains, and reminds us that His plans are always better than our own. My prayer is that everyone who celebrated with us didn’t simply leave remembering our wedding, but remembering the goodness and faithfulness of the God we serve.

I was so nervous for this moment 🥹

This was my first bridal bouquet using real-touch florals, and she trusted me with such a meaningful detail of her day.

A bride’s bouquet is more than flowers. It’s part of the dress reveal, the portraits, the walk down the aisle, and the memories she gets to hold onto forever.

Hearing her say she loved it, literally meant everything and melted my little heart away lol.

Thank you to my beautiful bride Kenzie, for trusting me, encouraging me, and allowing PSALM + PLACE to be part of such a beautiful day.
