A new perspective ☀️🌱🌅🌾

This week shifted something inside me. The things of this world that used to mean so much suddenly don’t matter, and all of my own problems feel so much smaller. I’ve had such a great opportunity to serve like Christ, not by forcing ideas but showing His love through actions. Thank you to the Lakota people for being so incredibly welcoming to us, telling your stories and teaching your traditions. Your home will always have a special place in my heart! @nextstep.southdakota by @kenzie_steinbrook

“See! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and him with me”

This week at camp taught me that you are never too far gone for Christs love. He is waiting for you to come back to Him with open arms, and all you have to do is let Him in. God put people beside me this week to help me understand I’m not alone in my struggles. If you want to run fast, run alone, if you want to run far, run together. Thank you God for giving me people this week to help me run far. 🫶🏼 by @kenzie_steinbrook

Closing chapters🌅🌾🪵💫

And just like that, my time in youth group has come to a end. What a perfect last night of the very thing that made these past four years the best of my life. Thank you Christ Lincoln HSM for strengthening my walk with Christ every day, being there for me in every high and low, and leaving me with lifelong memories and friendships. Thank you to my senior group for helping me grow as a person and leader, being there to laugh and cry with, have deep talks with and to also always have the most fun with. I love you all with my whole heart.
