POSTS STORIES REELS

last week we moved out of a home that was very special to us 🥲 my family spent 15 years in this house - I fell in love in this house, birthed two babies, said goodbye to two of my soul animals & this was the last place I saw my sister ❤️‍🩹 i have so much gratitude for all of the life lived here. all of the gatherings, meals shared, cozy walks, people watching, it was a home unlike any other.

but as everything in life, our time in this little cottage came to an end. we are so excited about our new home that will fit our growing family but will always have deep love for this 115 year old cottage. ❤️ onto the next adventure 💫 by @kenziedevlin

2016 🤍

the year i saw the coolest corners of this country & then fell in love with one of its cities. the year of many curated photos & shoots for the gram. the year i was drowning in grief but didn’t allow myself to recognize it. the last year i performed on stage regularly as an actress. the year i truly made it on my own as an adult in the world.

i wish I could tell her to try to stay present in it all. i wish i could tell her that no one would rescue her but herself. i wish i could tell her to have more confidence in herself. i wish i could tell her how beautiful she was even though she constantly felt like the ugliest, least talented one in the room. i wish i could tell her that the crushing grief would slowly subside to a dull ache that she would cherish when it came around because it would be a reminder of deep love. i wish i could’ve told her that holding onto certain relationships out of fear was stealing her life force.

i love 24 year old me 🥲 she was just trying to figure it all out with love & integrity in her heart. i wish i could take her hand and tell her that her life would look NOTHING like she planned but that it has been exactly what she needed to heal. that she would feel a love unlike any other for her husband and her children. that she was going to be okay. 🤍

babies are both safe & sleeping peacefully, i’m able to feed & nourish my baby, my husbands asleep next to me, our house is cozy & warm.

what else is there? 🥲

trying to remind myself (especially in the hard moments) how far I’ve come. how much i’ve healed from physically & emotionally. how at one point this was the life i dreamed of. ❤️‍🔥

2025 🥂✨

the year i became a mama two times over 🤍
so much growth, so many happy (and sad) tears, so much goodness, my heart and hands are so so full.

will always advocate for the magic that is home birth & giving the beauty of birth back to the mothers. birthing Wyatt was the most empowering & wild experience of my life & i wouldn’t change a thing ✨🥲

✨Wyatt’s Birth Story✨
PART ONE

it only took me 14 months to sit down & share this but here we are ☺️

i couldn’t have done it without my amazing midwives @manda_2288 & @livpitts as well as my doulas (😂) @sallyadevlin & @jamesh92420 . the love and admiration i have for all of you, especially my husband, is unparalleled.

also honorable mention to @lotuswei flower essences for contributing to my ability to stay grounded during labor 🌸🙏🏻

from a home that’s still very much a work in progress 💌 with a sneak peek at the beginnings of Wyatt’s room coming together 🥲 no, i’m not wearing cute curated jammies or have fancy film equipment or aesthetically pleasing furniture which honestly keot me from sharing for a long time because of the pressure for it to look perfect… but i think i realized that that’s dumb & i love our little existence in this corner of the universe even if its messy. i wouldn’t change a thing about where we’re at right now. more to come 🥲🤍 by @kenziedevlin

also couldn’t let the date get toooo far off without sharing our celebration of our sweet boys first year around the sun ☀️🎈 Wyatt, you made me a mama 😭 September 20th will always be my favorite day. we love you forever.
