My first take of #ShoutBaby in a long while~ Glad to pick up the guitar and sing yesterday

This song tugs at the heartstrings so much 🥹🫶🏼 Thank you Ryokuoushoku Shakai such powerful lyrics, inspiring me with their performance on @the_firsttake in 2020. Search it up on YouTube if you haven’t seen it!

I def pronounced some Japanese incorrectly, and got some chords wrong. I will work on all of it.

One summer day, ten-ish years ago… I was a different person. I grieve the passing of that person, my movement from that time and place, inspired by the vulnerability and color I see in this private music practice room-based performance. by @keofie

Livin’ life, taking a moment on a bag of discs
Accompanying Geoff, Charlie, and I
My first disc golfing outing
It walks and flutters
We walk and flutter
The discs flutter and fly
And find their way
Into trees, streams, forest grounds
And baskets.

Remembering, recollecting, all this from roughly year ago.

So cool to view this video; I can sort transport myself into the past moment, and re-feel the air, temperature, and overall vibes of the time.

Thankful for video y photo-capturing.

Khnom asked pour un sando
Le sando spoke to me
It said “Eat me”
Je me sens genki desu, ecouter le sando’s voice.

The sando could not have a voice without @just.an.choi
I thank An Choi for un sando, comida en generale, that made me think and feel that life is good.

The crispy, buttery bread
Voluptuous egg salad spread
The dynamic duo chefs who said
Ratatouille inspired them from toe to head
I clap my hands together in Anjali Mudra
So that we look back on where we’ve been led
And look forwards
To the next moments of wed.

Je suis fini pour maintenant. Gracias pour reading mon poem.

“Waku waku” - I said to myself constantly while volunteering for ACEN last month! Thank you @animecentralofficial for the opportunity to experience mucho fun things, including mascotting for @anime_dandadan_en.

Thank you also to all my volunteer coworkers and friends who joined me for the adventures 🥹🙏🏼🤸🏻‍♀️💕

I realize I’m little late for posting… all is good!

I’d do it all again. Looking forward to next year!

Some behind the scenes footage?

I want to start occasionally creating content like this as part of a “ #MyBackstage “ series. I rarely show up polished and perfect in IRL; this series is meant to help me embrace notes and feelings of “imperfection” more.
