What a JOY it is to celebrate YOU!

Tecumseh Warrior Challenge Race with our whole family today 🫶🏼

Brayden said - “We’re the running family!” 🥰

Grateful for these new adventures with my guys!!!

@royesean stayed with me and helped push me to get 1st overall for the women’s category - 11th out of 77 racers! I couldn’t have finished it without him and was ready to walk it about a mile in 🤪

“You’ve got this babe”, “get it Keke”, “I love you” were some of the encouragement from my love that kept me going until the finish line 🥰

Sean Jr finished 4th out of 77 💪
Brayden finished 30th out of 77 🙌

It was a GREAT race day for the Royes!

The race started with a mile of running a gravel/dirt trail with lots of hills and winding roads…..

Then obstacles of climbing up tire walls, rope walls, and jumping over/under logs…

After that, more running… then obstacles…

At some point there was a section of throwing knives, tomahawks, spears, shooting bow and arrows…

Carried a log up and down a hill…

Slid into a muddy pit then ran through it…

Ran up a hill and went down a water slide… then ran back up the hill…

Rolled my ankle THREE TIMES along the way because the course was super rocky…

BUUUUT I CROSSED THE FINISH LINE WITH A GRANDE JETE LEAP because the dancer in me had to finish strong 💪

I prayed to Jesus the whole time to get me through it 😂

This sweet man of mine takes such great care of me and our family 🥹

Sean worked a 12 hr night shift at the hospital last night, came home to nap for a couple of hours, and then drove me back to Joplin for my appointment so he could take me home and care for me 💛

Sweets got off work for tonight so he could stay home, be my nurse, and make me rest - I even looked out and saw him watering my plants at one point in between him moving the cows with Brayden!

I’m so grateful for his CONSISTENT LOVE poured out through his actions, his thoughtfulness, and the peace his hugs bring me 🥰

Sean loves deeply, cares selflessly, always shows up for his people and I find my gratitude for him grows more and more everyday!

I’m grateful for you, my love!
What a blessing you have been for my heart - The Lord is Faithful and I’m so glad He gave me you 🫶🍀🌻

Date night with my sweetie last Saturday 🫶 8-22-26

Skeet shooting + yummy Mexican food for a grand time!

I haven’t shot a gun in 7-10 years, so @royesean had to teach me all over again - grateful for his encouragement cause I was nervous at first 🥰

So grateful for my sweetie pie 🥰

Started climbing 14ers with @royesean and the boys last year and bagged Mt Bierdstadt, my 5th one, with them on our trip back in July 🙌 my favorite pics of us from the journey.

This man encourages me to try things past my comfort zone, stands up for me, supports me in my goals, speaks words of truth into my life when I’m feeling defeated, tells me I’m beautiful everyday, and makes me feel fearfully loved 🫶

Soaking up the summer memories 🫶 7•14•26

I drove the boat for the first time yesterday so @royesean could kneeboard - I felt like a teenage driver all over again with the anxiety I had like driving a car for the first time 🤣

Sean was able to get up and catch some waves 🤘

My bodyguard always has my back 💪🫶

Someone who doesn’t know @royesean super well yet but knows my family told me that Sean reminds them of a bodyguard - that it’s such an accurate description of my man and how he protects and cares for my heart 🥰

We had a blast shooting off fireworks with the family yesterday. So grateful for these moments 💛 by @keonaelise

So grateful for the getaway with my sweet guy 🥰

We stayed at the Arlington Hotel in downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas. I felt like we were transported back in time - it was such a unique and fun stay!

The hotel’s pool was outside on the 7th floor, carved into the mountains and played music from the 50’s-60’s. The architecture of the buildings downtown were gorgeous from the rooftop view.

We enjoyed eating at local restaurants that had been some of the original shops established when the mobs ran the town. You could tell it used to be loaded with money with how the buildings were designed.
So much history in one little town.

We loved the time away together and soaked up every moment being just us 💛

Grateful for this man and the intentional time he spends having meaningful conversations, making me laugh, learning about in my interests, caring for my feelings, encouraging me, and pursuing my heart daily.
