There's a difference between falling in love and walking in love . It's a choice and decision that you're responsible for making . A step forward that needs to be taken . One that will move you forward in life if made with the right person and intentions.

I'm grateful to have captured this part of your journey @diffferentdances & @bandito__loco . !!

Posing with my #CecredHolyGrails! The edge drops have been critical to maintaining optimal health while my hair is in this style. On top of using synthetic hair (I’ll get to that soon), my hair has lifted so many times it’s a John Legend album. Using these drops have ensured that my colored roots will survive while my new virgin roots come in.

My other fav is the hydrating shampoo because the texture? The smell? How it makes the hair feel?! Very vital to silky hair.

What’s your fav products you’ve used so far from Cécred? 👀 by @keplerauguste

I believe in you. I see you. I support you. I salute you. Your inner child is smiling and beaming with joy. You are the Manifestation of the Ancestors and the shapeshifter for generations to come. Don’t ever give up.

I just held both of my new discus implements . Cold, empty and heavy steel . The doubt and discomfort immediately creeped in . I could feel the pain, sweat and weakness. It's been almost 12 years since I last competed or trained in college .I don't have a coach or institution backing me . My body and mind have aged .

I knew the odds would be against me from the start ... But my emotions don't drive this ship . I'll do this regardless of how I feel . That "some day" has finally come and I have to take ownership for it.

This is my last drive .
Just one more go.
Keep moving forward !
