Floating princess - I love foot shapes

You know when you just had one of those classes that just felt like you achieved nothing ... Yep. Finally able to move more freely again and I chose this tilt to iguana.
Also I love this song. It's like a brain worm. But it's so cute. by @kerchnal

First time upside down since cyst rupture, handstands seems best (closer to ground and all)
In the downtime I've made my next routine costume, concept and cut the music. 😂 Waves a la @chloeandersonpole by @kerchnal

3 torso switch combo from @natashawangpole @poleticamovement by @kerchnal

Before my recent bout of ovarian cyst pain (and subsequent rupture) I was obsessed with Bui bend shapes. This entry was the easiest for my body and helped me find the arm workload. Hopefully I get back this over the next few weeks. by @kerchnal

Took advantage of @sergialouise 's pole performer summit's goodies and hopped on to @natashawangpole @poleticamovement platform and learnt this honey badger shape from the iconic Natasha Wang meathook.
After a horrible period of ovarian cyst pain I took to probably the squishest shape to test my comeback. by @kerchnal

Another one to come back to at some point.
I saw my friend @sarahssidequests doing a Marion amber a few weeks back in a super strengthy combo and last weekend I wanted to revisit mine. Again she isn't polished, but when I can, I'll come back to it to figure out all the angles. (I risk knocking things over when I'm home poling ... I couldn't extend fully at risk of the flatscreen tv!)
I miss the exploration of movement. Now to fill the rest of my weekend moaning about missing pole.

Emptying my camera roll from last week home pole practise. I was going to come back to this combo this week and neaten it up for the gram but that didn't really work out. So here it is not my flattest jade and never mind my dirty socks. by @kerchnal

Lil no expectation static pole flow. Comp prep is just killing my self esteem. I'm at the stage where I everything in this 3 minute 20 second routine just feels lackluster and I hate it. by @kerchnal

Loved this handspring combo a la @flywithmillsy @skyhighpole
