Under Contract in Sugar Land! This one represents an increased focus for us, Legacy.

Over the past two years we’ve developed some deep relationships with investors in the Houston Real Estate Market. This allows us to serve our clients more deeply that need to sell a home that needs updates. Updates they aren’t parepared to complete.

This happens primarily when you are selling a loved one’s home that hasn’t been updated in a while. Or when selling a home that was given to you and you aren’t prepared to spend the time updating/fixing/maintaning.

In this case my clients are selling the home of a loved one that has passed. We found them a competitive offer and got them under contract within a week. (even in this market) The investor will even remove the personal items that are not wanted by the family.

Our goal is to help our clients make the most of the real estate Legacy they have received. Give me a shout if you want to learn more... #thepropertyjoes #sugarlandrealestate #sugarlandrealtor by @kerijosephson
