Throwing myself back to two weeks ago! I travel a lot, and it’s rare that I truly feel a culture shock, but Japan really did it for me!
It looks busy, and it is busy, but it never felt hectic — just calm, respectful and so thoughtfully organised.
The people, the cleanliness, how everything is designed with everyone in mind, the quiet respect, the feeling that no one is judging or staring, just existing together, peacefully.
It reminded me how different and beautiful the world can be beyond what we’re used to on this side of the world, and I’m so grateful I got to experience it.
Truly a once in a life time trip and I would highly recommend if you ever get an opportunity!

Well better late than never! What a whopper of a birthday thanks to my absolute the bestest friends ever! A week post Glasto and still sat here with tears of joy! What a place on this planet earth! 134km deep in steps and a few missing toe nails, but I couldn’t have asked for a better 5 days with my most favourite human beings on earth! 🩷

Silliness reached dizzy new heights on this playground and I effing loved it every minute of it! Big up @glastofest for bringing the nicest concoction of humans together and for reminding us what unity feels like!
